Hello,
This may be out of topic, and if there is already a thread about my question, please feel free to direct me to the correct one.
I have been living in SA and I am having trouble landing a job based on the skill I applied here for. I have worked casual jobs, far from my work experience to make ends meet. I was able to get naman jobs in my field pero first was for backfill and the last did not work out and I am back to job hunting again.
There are job opportunities that I feel like pasok talaga sa experience ko but in other region or in the main cities like Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
I know that we have a moral obligation to stay in the nominating region for like 3 years before we apply for 191. My question is, if I move to another regional area, will it have an impact on my future 191 application? Do you know of anybody who did the same and still got approved for 191?
I asked my agent na rin about this and she said it may impact my future PR application but just want to know if there is a way to go around it.
TIA!
Hello.
Combo diba? hahaha. So, nag inquire sya (mejo nahirapan daw sya hanapin to), fast forward, same ng sagot but this time may black and white at official letter na ok lumipat. Tapos, to make sure na wala talaga makita na work sa nominating state, sinave daw nya yung napakaraming rejection letter from SA based employer as proof na ala talaga mkita na work. Then recently, meron daw sya kakilala personally na nominated naman ni ACT, nag moved ng NSW, tapos nag Queensland, na grant ang 191 with 3 months lang. Meron din info sa FOI na nagsasabi na inaasssess ng CO on case by case basis regarding sa staying in regional area kasi hindi naman lahat swerte or lets say nakakalipat agad ng regional or nakahanap ng maayos ng work sa regional. Fair enought naman siguro na, meron maayos na work na offer sa ibang state na regional which is way way better sa current work ng isang tao sa nominating state nya. For me, 491 is structured to boost regional areas around Australia kaya nga sa condition ng grant letter is hindi naka state na you must stay on your nominating state. At the end of the day, as long as nag comply ka sa visa condition mo sa grant letter, walang problema, ganyan ang summary ng pag kakasabi sken ng DHA nung tinanong ko sila both via voice and letter. Hope this clear out some clouds for you.
