191 PR Visa Application Question

hello po. nakita ko to sa website ng home affairs. so base dyan meaning pag hindi nauwi sa pinas after mag-expire nung NBI clearance di na kelangan magrenew. tama po ba pagkakaintindi ko? kasi tulad ko di pa ko umuuwi pinas since punta ko dito. so di ko na kelangan parenew?

Just a quick update on this one - I just got my Approval of Citizenship by Conferral received on 11 June! Waiting for my ceremony invite na lng, most likely on October pa based sa next ceremony schedule on my council - Tweed Heads shire, nsw. Hintay hintay lng mga kabayan your time will come soonest.

Same rin understanding ko. As long as covered ng existing police clearance mo 'yung dates na nagstay ka for a certain time, including home country.

Question po, kasi madame akong nababasa online pero medyo confusing kasi. For example the main applicant will not work or delay yung pag Punta sa OZ then the spouse and kids will go first. Will it affect yung PR 191 application ng Spouse and Kids? the spouse will work to fulfil the conditions of the visa.

I don't think it will be an issue. Kasi kahit naman sabay kayo mag migrate and nauna sya makahanap ng work, meaning sya yung makakameet ng required 3 tax returns, pwedeng sya ang maging applicant for 191.

May question po sana ako, last year after our big move hndi kami agad nagka work so yung 2023-2024 kahit po finalised na yung sa ATO wala kaming notice of assessment. Meron po bang nag try mag submit other than NOA like letter from ATO declaring na walang na issue na NOA for that year? Or any suggestions I tried calling ATO pero they told me walang maiissue na NOA for that FY.

Ang alam ko kahit zero ang income mo ok lang mag file sa ATO eh.

Yup sinama ko Form 80. Then Form 1229 para sa child. Form 1221 hindi na ako naglagay.

If my visa was granted 13 Sept 2022, I arrived in Australia 30 Nov 2022. Stayed in a regional area 5 Dec 2022 then worked in a regional area 9 Jan 2023, when should I apply for 191 Visa po? Sa date granted po ba, sa date of arrival or sa date na nagstart ako masatisfy ng conditions ng visa?

Sobrang confusing po kasi nung ibang nagsasabi sakin na pwede na sa date ng grant, yung iba naman po iba sinasabi.

You cant proceed in applying 191 if you are not qualified based on the dates. Automatic yung immi account mag compute ng days if you're qualified or not. No need to worry. Once pasok na yung dates, you can proceed your application.

In my case, my visa was granted June 2022, arrived in December 2022, stayed and worked in SA since then, tapos I applied for 191 visa based on my visa grant date and upon getting my 3rd Notice of Assessment from ATO. I applied this month.

sa mga nagrant na po ng 191, counted po ba dyan yung study sa pinas like highschool and college or yung pag dito lang sa Au nag-aral? no po ba dapat sagot dyan kasi never nag-aral dito Au or yes kasi nag-aral sa pinas?

you should yes if you finished your studies sa pinas. pero counted lng sa 191application yung stay mo dito sa australia. vacation is fine, but if significant time outside australia like 1 year during your 491 visa might impact yung 191 application mo kasi dapat minimum 3 years stay ka sa regional area prior 191 visa.

This may be out of topic, and if there is already a thread about my question, please feel free to direct me to the correct one.

I have been living in SA and I am having trouble landing a job based on the skill I applied here for. I have worked casual jobs, far from my work experience to make ends meet. I was able to get naman jobs in my field pero first was for backfill and the last did not work out and I am back to job hunting again.

There are job opportunities that I feel like pasok talaga sa experience ko but in other region or in the main cities like Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

I know that we have a moral obligation to stay in the nominating region for like 3 years before we apply for 191. My question is, if I move to another regional area, will it have an impact on my future 191 application? Do you know of anybody who did the same and still got approved for 191?

I asked my agent na rin about this and she said it may impact my future PR application but just want to know if there is a way to go around it.

Actually nakikita ko sa group ng 491 to 191, na meron cases na granted ang 191 nila kahit hindi sila nag stay ng 3 years sa state na nagnominate sknila as long na sa regional area sila nag stay and work.

Anong field mo pala if you don't mind me asking?

Regarding sa paglipat sa other regional areas, may mga kakilala ako na gumawa nito pero hindi pa nakakapag-apply ng 191. I assume na walang problema moving forward but it is always a risk. Depende na lang talaga sayo if you're willing to take it. May mga nakikita ako sa ibang 191 visa groups sa FB na nagpopost na successful naman na na-grant ang 191 visa nila kahit nag-move sila ng ibang regional area.
