Hi. I have not withdrawn my application. I did a consultation with @RheaMARN1171933 and found a silver lining. I declared the mistake and recommended a way to offset the overclaimed 5 points through my latest work experience that was not yet included in the ACS assessment. Application status is still Received at time of writing. Hopefully all goes well.

In case of refusal, wala bang sign na ma re refuse ka? Rekta refusal agad? Or mayroon bang something like S57? Or it depends on the CO talaga?

Congratulations!! Which part of the EOI did you overclaim points - sa employment ba or iba pa (educ/english)?

So say I overclaimed +5 points for NAATI. Pwede ko syang ioffset ng employment points? Please enlighten us here. I understand this will not be applicable to everyone but this is insightful for those who may be in the same boat.

Yes po. Para decision-ready na po ung application. Baka po kasi kapag hindi ko inunahan, hindi mag request ng info ung CO then diretso denied.

Hi po sana may makasagot. Meron po akong non-relevant work experience na nilagay sa visa application ko. Hindi din po ako nag-claim ng points para dito. Hindi ko sya nilagay sa CV and EOI ko pero nilagay ko sa Visa application. Possible po kaya ito mag-cause ng refusal? Thank you po sa makakasagot
