yes. asawa is counted as family member.

Yung May 2023 ay previous fiscal year yon. This year wala pa talaga.

Hello kabayan! Naglodge ako ng EOI189 at 190 RN QLD last May, then not knowing na dapat gagawa ng new EOI for 190 nung September as per migration.qld.gov.au. Need ko bang i-withdraw yung old EOI ko? Baka kasi ma withdraw ko din yung 189 ko eh. Salamat po sa sasagot!

Advisable to create separate EOIs , if combined yung 189 at 190 pwede naman i update and untick yung 190 subclass .

Separately make an EOI for 190 QLD na lang

@Ozdrims thank you. RN ka din po ba? Inaalala ko nung May nag pa assess ako sa ANMAC, eh diba 3 months validity non. Eh September na nag announce na need ng new EOI, does it mean na hindi na pwede ANMAC assessment ko?

Hello po! Ask ko lang what if nagpakasal tapos di agad naupdate yung EOI, then nainvite. Pwede pa ba maupdate yung EOI kapag ganon yung nangyari? Thank you!

Keep your assessments up to date if you really need it ,once you lodge a new 190 EOI you can suspend it while waiting for renewed assessment- 3 months is too short , did you confirm it can only be used for 3 months for migration purposes?
Impt. is you have a valid EOI that is as per state specific requirement na made after Sept 5 to be considered .

Although im not RN , but take it with a grain of salt.

hi po, I'd like to ask po, what are your thoughts sa situation ko. I started my current job last month - October - onshore po, and nakainclude na po sya sa EOI for visa 190 (VIC) ko kahit wala pang EA assessment:

may I know po if need ko pa ulit magpaRSEA before ko masabi na "Yes" dun sa "Is this employment related to the nominated occupation?" kahit technically speaking, related pa rin po sa nominated occupation ko.
if yes, is it safe po kaya na i-"No" ko muna ito for now since ung onshore pts naman will start counting pa on the 1st year ko? and change ko nlng sa "Yes" once positively assessed na ito?

2.1. sa ROI, is it safe po na mag "$0" muna sa "What are your estimated annual earnings from your Victorian employment?"

if anyone could advise, that'd be really helpful! thank you :smile:

Nomination Approval received today after 3 days from nomination application , ITA received immediately din po after NSW approved it ,appeared na sa Skill Select as INVITED 🙏

Just submitted my EOI for 189/ 190 and ROIs for states requiring it na interested ako. (VIC and SA)

I have agricultural background, parang wala ako masyado nakikita na naiinvite. Sana mahagip ako ng NSW. Hehe. Since target sector nila Agri.

Currently living and working in South Australia for for months now under 482 visa. Me and my husband already submitted our EOI for 189 and 190 (SA) through Skill Select. Can I also do the Registration of Interest (ROI) for SA even though I haven't met the qualifications yet for the "Working in Australia' stream?
