I’m not sure if this is 100% accurate but , you can get a gist on how many applications per state, per points who has competent or superior english etc.

In my occupation the ceiling for 189 last invite is 90 points but with the data in this site I can see that >85 has very little submissions of EOI. I can also see that NSW and VIC has a lot of submission on state nominations for 190.

My edge by identifying this data is that I have Superior english which has less than 50 applications compared to competent with over a hundred.

Check your occupations with a grain of salt ifc as this is one month delayed updating??

Just to double check po, sa NSW lang po ang may unique requirement po regarding claiming of employment points? Sa VIC and SA po, we can claim points starting the date our assessing bodies deemed as skilled po on our occupation?
Naiinvite pa rin po ba kahit nag stop mag work sa assessed occupation?

I'm looking for other options in case hindi pa ako mainvite this year:

1) Can I go on a student dependent visa while waiting for an invite (189/190)?

My partner is already in Oz student visa holder but I'm still offshore pa, planning to go there by Q1 next year.

2) Or, what are your thoughts on getting employer sponsored visas like TSS 482, valid pa din ba yung 189/190 EOI's kapag nag work na ako doon?

This might sound being impatient, but I have reasons to get other options.

Still trusting God that I can still be able to get an invite :blush: , I have less than two months pa naman.

Pwede ka mag apply ng kahit anong visa na gusto mo, EOIs dont bear any weight until you are invited and you lodge. Icheck mo lang reqts especially ng visa 190, I'm not sure of the rules nowadays pero before kasi some states only invite you for 190 if you reside in that state or are offshore -no interstate applicants. You will have to update your EOI if you go onshore.

Question po: Ano po yung Visa na pwedi ka ikaw mag process na visa mo at need mo lang employer referral letter?. As of now may English test and Skills assessment na ako. Hindi siya employer sponsorship dahil ako mismo mag expense sa visa processing ko. thank u

Hello, there is no such visa that just needs an employer's referral letter. All visas require several documents. As for the visa processing, DHA is the one who does this job. If you meant visa lodging, you can do this on your own and it's very straight forward. You just need to be ready with all the documents that DHA is requiring you to attach in your ImmiAccount when applying for the visa subclass you were invited to apply. For more info about this, you can refer to DHA's website.
