Hello po. last year pa ako nag file ng ROI sa Victoria pero upon checking now, yung status nya is Expired na. meaning po ba nun is i need to create new ROI again? Salamat po.

Yung sa ROI po ng Victoria, dapat either lang po ba ng 190 or 491? Di po pwede na mag gawa ako separately ng ROI for 491 or 190?

Yes po ROIs need to be new one na po for this year,

For EOIs this is not explicitly mentioned but to make things simple as long as EOI is up to date and valid until June 2025 that will be still ok , you just need to make sure that ROIs are at the least link to an EOI that will last the whole FY ,para di sayang sa date of effect nang ROI where you need to make a new EOI and that need mo mag withdraw again nang ROI which takes out you from the queue, although not sure if date of effect is considered sa selection process ,pero you have to think through it

Yes pg expire na need to submit new one as per their email.

One lng either 190 or 491 for your profile, if u submitted you will see n wla k ng option to submit another one if you have submitted already.

Thank you, mgkkaproblem po b if s Roi hndi ko nsma ang middle name ko pro s eoi may middle name? Or need to be consistent. D ko n kc maupdate s roi profile to add the middle name.

Thanks, @Ozdrims for updating us all here on the recent immigration news/rounds! Consistent! Malaking tulong 'to esp doon sa mga nag dDIY.

To all DIYers, kasama talaga sa choice na mag DIY yung extra effort magbasa/magresearch ng info/details. Swerte natin at may naguupdate satin dito ng links/news. All we have to do is read. Kung may malabo, may mga helpful members dito na sasagot. Backread tayo konti sa mga topics dito, yes tedious at nakakalito talaga sya pero ganon talaga.

Ang point ko lang, pag wala kayong bandwidth magbasa or magresearch, then hire an agent. Ayun ang isa sa benefits of hiring an agent. Sila bahala dyan.
