Offshore Invites Starts Today

South Australia anticipates that

offshore invitation rounds will occur regularly throughout the program year – commencing at program opening and then at the end of each month from September 2024.

Interested applicants should ensure that their EOI is current and up to date and that they have selected South Australia as the primary state of interest.

hello po, need your advice po. For SA, mas okay po ba 2 EOI - 1 for 190 and 1 for 491 or pwede po isang EOI then select ko 2 visa subclass po? Thank you!

I do think that 2 separate EOIs is still acceptable as it allows you to nominate a separate subclass

Regarding SA EOIs

There were discussions regarding nominating multiple occupations ,some does that in reality

that also warrants separate EOIs to be submitted.

The question is will that be considered flooding or intentionally sending fake EOIs in the system?

Is it a duplicate ? (If you compare attributes of two 190 EOIs or two 491s for example exclusively for SA)

If the answer is NO - then OK , if YES then time to delete the redundant ones.

Please do check the EOIs you submitted and better to track each EOIs submitted.

question po ulit, yung NSW, ACT, WA, QLD. kelangan po ba gumawa ng ROI like sa VIC? wala kasi ako makita sa designated website nila. Unlike kay SA and VIC meron application login

ACT has canberra matrix na andoon sa website nila nakalink.

NSW wala pang announcement kung mag ROI pa ba or sapat na yung EOI nalang (same as last FY).

QLD may parang online eligibilty checker sila sa website nila mismo kung gold pass ka ba or what. Kung eligible ka lang, saka na pwede magsubmit.

WA not familiar. Wala yata itong ROI.

may mga requirements yung each states nababago din from time to time so double check what info you take from the forum as well baka hindi na din applicable (example na lang sa SA - which needs ROI for Offshore last FY under Highly Talented Stream - while for the current FY niremove na nila yung stream na to and no need na mag ROI for Offshore )

I meant ROI for VIC, offshore applicant. Since either 190 or 491 lang for one ROI, should I use 2 emails to apply sa ROI or pili lang talaga ng isa?

For Victoria, need po ba i-withdraw yung previous ROI submitted on April 2024 para makagawa ng new roi for this financial year 2024-2025?

Kasi, di ko ma access yung sa 190/491 roi application for Victoria, yung sa business visa yung lumalabas sa eligible visas.

Please advise po. Tia..

For VIC - 1 ROI for one subclass of your choice and 1 EOI linked to it

Live Melbournes ROI that was submitted last FY as per your screenshot are all expired .

You can make a new one for the current FY.
