𝐒𝐂 𝟏𝟗𝟎:
Most of the requirements are similar to last FY.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Ensure you are either currently residing:
in NSW and have continuously resided in NSW for a minimum period of six months; or
offshore and have continuously resided offshore for a minimum period of six months
NSW skill lists, which will be soon published on their website.
𝐒𝐜 𝟒𝟗𝟏:
Total of 3 streams;
Pathway 1:
Apply directly to Investment NSW if you have an established work history with a regional NSW-based employer.
6 month work exp in nominated or closely related occupation with a regional NSW employer
TSMIT concessions of upto 10% will be allowed
Few more concessions will be allowed when compared to last year
Pathway 2:
Invitation by NSW migration which is similar to last year
Occupation should be present on NSW skills list
Pathway 3:
Regional NSW Graduates
This stream is for applicants who have finished their studies from a regional NSW institution in last 24 months
Applicants must claim 5 points under regional study in their EOI.
