For the application for the pre-invite, one help on the following please. Sa ACS kasi, ang pinasa ko were employment references and payslips. I would like to clarify the following na naka asterisk (*), are they required? If that's the case, kailangan ko bang magsubmit ng contract for all my employments? Or the employment reference would suffice?

Also, for the bank statements showing salary received, ilang months are sinubmit niyo? Thank you!

Yes, they're required. Employment reference should suffice.
Latest 6months bank statements sinubmit ko.

Yes, they're required. Employment reference should suffice.
Latest 6months bank statements sinubmit ko.

Thank you! So enough na to for Overseas Skilled Employment documents:

Employer references for all employments
First and last payslips for all employments
Bank statements with salary credit for the last 6 months

Hello sorry one more question. When submitting evidences for the pre-invite submission, nagsubmit pa ba kayo ng evidences para sa mga employment na before the suitable experience declared by ACS? Nabawasan kasi ako ng 4 years, so I assume hindi ko na need magsubmit for those 4 years na tinanggal sa akin. Is my understanding correct? Thank you.

submit the same files na sinubmit mo sa ACS. regardless kung nabawasan ka ng yrs or not.

Hello I just did a backread po sa convo with asfal0th, not on this stage yet but i'm curious lang kase yung ACS payment evidence ko na nasubmit is naka compile ng isang PDF lang. Bale naka "companyname-paymentEvidence-payslip-insurance-bankstatement.pdf" and based sa screenshot na nakita ko above nasa dropdown individually ung payslip at bank statement. Question: need ba e separate yung payment evidence pag nag send na dito? and what if wala din po nung "Contract(s) of Employment" sa old jobs. TIA

no need to separate yung payment evidence for pre invite. whatever you submit sa ACS, yun lang din issubmit mo sa pre invite + utilities for proof or residency etc

Hello po, nag-update po ako ng eoi ko, pano po ba yung pag-claim ng 10 points sa partner visa, pano po sya magiging secondary applicant? Kala ko po kasi same sya ng subsequent entrant. Meron na po sya assessment, english exam.

Merong option sa eoi kung ano (civil) status mo. Kung married kayo or de facto and kung kasama sya sa visa application (naka Yes dapat sa part na to). Tapos itatanong na dun kung may english and skills assessment yung partner.

Question po, medyo hirap pa rin mareach yung superior score sa PTE for PR application, ano po ang pwede ko maging options kung hindi ubra ang diretso PR? Almost 12 years po IT kaso walang overseas exp tapos turning 35 this year na rin. Need your advice.

Naka ilang attempts ka na sa PTE? May mga naiinvite pa rin naman na proficient yung PTE, mas malaki nga lang yung chance if superior. For IT, 190/491/189 ang pwede. Ilang months na ba since you submitted EOI?

Kung patient ka pa at may extra funds, pwede ka mag student visa. Pero risky na nun depending on so many factors para makapag PR later on.

Ang alala ko, EOI and ROI sa vic. Kelangan mo ng EOI number para makapag submit ng ROI, and para mainvite. Parang bagong info yang after invitation pa yung ROI. Saan mo nabasa?

Oo need mong mag submit din ng ROI sa Vic at tsaka sa South Australia di ako sure. And sa NSW naman need na exclusive EOI for NSW only ayaw nya yung may option na ibang states. Medyo may pagka possessive si NSW haha

You need to submit ROI to Victoria para mainvite.

Sa huli kong basa, onshore lang ang required ng ROI para sa SA.

As for EOI, yung tatlong states na inapplyan ko, pinag hiwalay ko sila ng EOI yun kasi yung lagi kong nababasa dati. dahil pala yun kay nsw haha.

so tama pala po na same ko lang sila pasahan, nag revisit lang ako kung tama ba yung mga ginawa ko kaya ako napa-search ulit kaso nakakalito yung lumabas na sagot.

Ah okay... it's better to visit each state's website para mas accurate ang info. Lalo na pag new FY, there might be changes.
