Skilled Partner Question

Hello,

My partner will finish her studies next year have it assessed, her nominated occupation will be Primary School Teacher - ANZSCO 241213 while mine is Computer Network and Systems Engineer – ANZSCO 263111.

Can we both claim for the 10 points for having a skilled partner for SC 189, VIC 190?

Yung sayo po mltssl, and si partner mo, stsol lang. yung stsol kasi di pwede sa 189. bale di kayo same ng Occupation list, di mo magagamit yung skilled partner sa 189. Pero pwede sa 190/491.

Appreciate your insight po about this.

My wife has 9 yrs worth of relevant experience here in PH as Civil Engineer however, she is not a board passer. Now, she got this feedback from the EA Assessor:

Option A---No record Relevant Skilled Employment and the outcome will still be Civil Engineer

Option B---Record Relevant Skilled Employment but the outcome will be Engineering Technologist.

Sa tingin nyo po ano ung mas ok sa dalawang options for her EOI process?

Would it matter po ba either of the 2 options if ako naman ang mgcclaim ng +5 points for partner skills?

What is your nominated occupation ? Civil Engineer without experience has less chances .If may experience na kalakip is advantageous.

Engineering technologist is best if mainvite sa 189.

Both are invited naman. I will go for Engineering Technologist to gain more points and if pareho kayo nasa skills list of the visa na inaapplyan nyo then makakapag claim ka vice versa for extra points from your spouse.

My nominated occupation is Structural Engineer (already have an EOI lodged). Si wife is civil engineer with 9yrs of expi here in PH. If Engineering Technologist ung consider nya, wala naman magiging effect if cya ang mag create ng EOI? Aiming to get her 15 expi points.

Parang meron kc ako dati nabasa dito sa group na wala silang RSEA positive outcome from EA pero ngclaim sila ng work experience points upon lodging sa EOI. Not sure if this one worked for them.

Ah cge, may chance kayo lalo if may lodge na individual EOIs tapos ilagay as secondary applicant ang bawat isa.

In demand mga Structural Engineers so keep the hopes high lalo na if mataas mga scores nila. 189,190,491lodge for every state na eligible.

Yung RSEA is for nomination stage is optional and depende sa current settings nang state na inaapplyan ,ang meron required nyan dati is ACT and NSW pero now nagrelax na si NSW and nagfollow na sa DHA .
