salamat sa reply. ive read in the immi website that if you' re priority group 3 (190 holder) u can go ahead w/ medicals & pcc if no CO allocation yet in 4 weeks. but 189 holders kelangan tlga mg- antay for a CO. so the waiting game begins again...

@olan, the statutory declaration I posted is not for solely for ACS. we used that for my wife's case and she is an accountant. but there should be no problem if you used the same pattern.

curious ako boss sa case mo - you got 190 from NSW right? your waiting time to get invite was less than a week after you got positive response from NSW? 🙂

@psychoboy, accountant pla wife mo, i assumed IT din. yup NSW is quite fast in nominating you for an invite once they approve your application. i havent received the approval letter yet since they send it by post. pero they emailed me asking for my EOI and 1 week later may invite na ko to apply for 190.

actually, totoo pong hndi maiiwasan na mahirapan sa pakikipagdeal sa HR sa pinas...

nagkaproblem na din po kasi ako sa knila last year nung nagbackground check yung company ko

the thing is yung kinonfirm nilang position/title ko is ib iba sa contract na pinirmihan ko, so yung HR ng current ocmpany ko pinagexplain pa ako kung bakit ganun... buti na lng tlgang tinago ko pa yung contract ko with that company and prinovide ko as proof sa company ko =)

if you cant have a letter from the hr, try getting one from your colleague or immediate supervisor. one of my employers also give standard COEs but I managed to get a certificate from my former supervisor.

We have a self statutory declaration filed - as it is an audit firm, turn-over is very high... All the colleagues and immediate supervisor has either retired or moved on to another firm.

i created an affidavit instead of a stat declaration... wla kac sa law naten ang stat dec... stat dec is for australia and other countries... so a lawyer friend suggested an affidavit/statement of facts... because it is a legal document... under oath pa... so yun yung pinagawa ko sa dalawang managers ko... do you guys think this is ok?

@cchamyl requirement kc is stat dec according to acs website. hnde kc considered sa AU un affidavit. better wait for result ng acs m, nklgay nmn dun if pending un application pg kulang reqts. if 4th stage ka na ok na cguro un snubmit m. gudlak
