oh yeah..for UP engineering graduates.. meron na rin discussion about that type of visa (one of the threads).... i mean what's your engineering degree...

@psychoboy deins sir, 1.5years na ako employed with hewlett-packard. yung visa kasi good for UP engg students who graduated within the last 24 months 😃 pasok pa 😃

@cchamyl backread po, I posted last sunday the sample stat declaration I provided for acs assessment as well as the link to the stat declaration template. I created the statutory declaration in behalf of my colleague (see sample I provided) and had it signed by my colleague.

yup... i read it na and yung info na nakalagay dun is more or less the same dun sa pinagawa ko na affidavit... actually nag follow ako dun sa needed data nla for the stat dec kaya lang kac... looking at the legality... we don't have stat dec here in the philippines... so i'm not entirely sure kung cno mag witness nun kac dun sa list ng nlagay nla.. ang witness ng stat dec is someone from the australian govt... notary public yata nla and so on... the contents are the same but the doc name is different parang ganun.. 🙂 na-submit ko na docs ko so sana maging okay lahat... God's will be done... 🙂 grabe ang bilis nagmahal ng ACS assessment... 400AUD lang xa nung Aug 30 tapos ngayon 450 AUD na xa...

@cchamyl : hi! you're right...pag sa pinas, affidavit dapat. affidavit din ang pinasa ko sa ACS for my pinas work experiences. tinanggap naman ng ACS. alam naman siguro nila na yung Statutory Declaration is for commonwealth countries lang. 🙂

yup... yun din inisip ko tlaga... kaya nag-ask na ako sa mga lawyer na kakilala ko and they advised na it is much better to submit an affidavit kac pag nag submit ng stat dec parang wala lang xa kac nde naman xa recognized d2... 🙂 kaka-check ko lang stat ng ACS application ko... kaninang madaling araw lang ako nag submit... CO Allocated na.. how long ba ang processing usually? na-check ko sa ibang timeline and it only took them less than a month... grabe ang torture... hahaha... waiting game...

@cchamyl : nung time na nagapply ako...more than a month ata. but that's because they asked additional documents from me. nung una kasi ginawa ko self stat dec e. e ayaw nila tanggapin yun...so dun ako forced magpagawa ng affidavit sa pinas. 🙂

@cchamyl stat dec kc gnwa nun friend namin na naza Oz na din so cnopy lng namin. goodluck, 3 weeks cguro but check ur spam as well. saken nun 1 week na pala nila nasend un result, nsa spam folder lang pla
