i don't think so... based on my opinion.... when they say convicted that means its a verdict from a court/jury...
madami din akong illegal parking.. pero hindi naman lumabas against my record sa PCC (phils and abroad).. hehehe</blockquote>
agree!! 🙂 ilang beses ako nahuli sa makati when i was still working in Pinas. happen a lot of times i got ticketed for numerous violation (i.e beating the red light, no entry, coding offence, etc) and it resulted into numerous fines as well (ouch!!) - BUT when I got an NBI clearance last year, no records naman... 🙂
