Put it this way @sofabed - if you get a state sponsorship, bibigyan ka kaagad ng invitation to lodge a 190 visa.
Yung isa naman, kahit na twice a month a ang pagrelease ng invitation, getting invited is really up to the quality of your EOI application. Last Oct 1, yung cutoff for invites was at 65. Meaning,if you have an EOI score higher than 65, you will get an invitation. 🙂
Err, iba ang getting an invitation to lodge a visa from the actually visa itself ha... So far dito sa forum, wala pa ata na grant ng visa for applicants after June 30.
