Helo po sir, clarify ko lang kasi same situation ng husband ko. Ung previous employer ayaw magbigay ng detailed COE kasi meron daw silang sariling format at yun lang ang maibibigay nila. Saka close na ang department nila dati.
Tinatanggap po ba ang self /sariling statutory declaration? Wala kasi kaming mahanap na manager or co-worker na andito sa SG.

My wife did a statutory declaration for self - tinanggap naman ng CPA Australia and wala naman problema and CO namin so far...
Just insert in your legal docs the reason why you are doing a statutory declaration.
