@bhelle_mt02 hi! mas aganda ang career pathway sa mga med techs from the Philippines if you will work in the US. but it's easier to get a visa in Australia. If you're after career progression, go to US. 🙂 Just my two cents. Hope it will help in your decision making. Also, try contacting medical scientists/lab technician migrants (from the Philippines) working in Australia and see what their feedbacks are. That may also help.
Btw, same lng ang rate sa lahat ng departments ng lab d2. What matters is you local experience (in Oz) and your position (lab tech/scientist). Di mag-base sa kng anong department ka.
