Hello fellow medteks.. kung PR na d2 oz, pede din ba lipat US for work? Ndi ba mgiging komplikado ang status nmen d2 pag gnun? Nkakatempt ksi, dami need medtek ngaun sa US. Just thinking of other option lng. Thank you sa mga magrereply.

Australian Skilled Visa Conditions

A successful applicant is given a 5 year multiple entry visa to live and work in Australia. You only need to live in Australia for 2 of the 5 years to have the visa reissued for a further 5 years. Alternatively, you can spend 4 consecutive years in Australia and be eligible for citizenship.

If you choose not to gain citizenship, however, you must apply for a Resident Return Visa before the original one expires in order to travel to and from Australia. To qualify for this you must demonstrate that you have spent 2 years lawfully living in Australia or that you have significant personal, cultural or business ties to Australia.

Pede naman @bhelle_mt02 pero isipin mo na kung saan ka talaga,kasi pagpunta mo US adjust ka uli, actually nasa US ako ngaun, di pa ako nakakarating AUS. pansin ko dito malaki nga sweldo pero cost of living malaki din. kung pabalik balik ka wala ka stability. and kung pupunta ka US ikaw lang maggrant, matagal processing sa family, di mo ata agad makukuha pwera na lang kung magtourist sila tapos di na uuwi. opinion ko lang yun, pede ako icorrect haha medyo di ko alam process ng family pag nagkaworkvisa sa US eh. pero alam ko matagal eh.

Is the test result sent by the AIMS is enough to send to DIBP as a positive evaluation for ANZSCO 234611 or not

Especially that this letter is not stating my actual experience period and only mentioning literally (more than three years)

I got confused after I received an advice from my migration agent that this paper is not accepted and I should send back for AIMS requesting a new assessment letter.

Do any one from our colleagues already granted their visa has any experience with this issue

Hi! Just wondering If you were able to secure a new assessment letter from AIMS stating your work experience in the last 10yrs as a Medical Scientist? How did your application go? Which type of visa did apply for? Thanks!

@NicoDC thank you sa input. Yan din ang concern ko, yng dependents ko if ever mgtry US. Hindi din worth it kung ako lng ang may work at wlang assitance ng govt. But definitely dito Oz pa din ako for good. Thanks again sa info.

AIMS said that this two letters are enough for visa application

And they are not going to issue a new letter unless I paid a full assessment fee again and resend all my papers additionally this will take 6 to 8 weeks

@ali_a_bayoumi yes may fee nga. Sorry cant see your timeline? What stage are you now in the application process? Kasi from what i have learned yung med scientist lang na letter ang ibibigay kasi the other one naman is for med lab tec

and gawin mo isend mo na lang din ung isa assessment letter pag mag lodge ka na visa. ganun na lang ginawa ko pero binago ko title or name nung file, ginawa ko "1st parg of assessment" tapos sa others ko sya nilagay para at least maview pa din ng CO. magegets mo ako pagmaglodge ka na ng application mo. and mag attach ng documents.

@NicoDC ok noted. thanks! By the way, ano mga pinasa mo na mga supporting docs/evidence for claimed work experience sa NSW nomination? Ibibigay na ba lahat e.g. COE, payslips, itr etc? para maprepare ko na ahead of time. Thank you!

@bhelle_mt02 same din pl tayo ng concern sa pgwork sa US. ako 1 yr ng nakapasa sa AIMS pang 4th invitation ko na din to lodge visa189 pero nagiisip pa din kung itutuloy kc may initial interview din ako sa isang agency pa US. hirap na hirap ako magdecide.

@iam_juju ah kung ano binigay ko sa aims, employment contract, coe, ITR. mga ganun. job description din pala, ung coe with job description and compensation. mga ganun. pero usually ung pinasa ko sa assessment is ok na.

@bhelle_mt02 ah eto pa pala added info lang, may friend kasi ako dito nagwwork sa US, magsisimula ka sa working visa tapos pede mo makuha family mo thru dependent visa tapos di sila pede magwork. and matagal process ng green card kasi usually iaapply ng employer mo ung green card status mo after two-three years.tapos matagal pa yun kasi may raffle pa kung maccomplete mo agad. ayun lang hehe! hope it helps sa pagdecide.

@NicoDC hingi lang ako advice regarding coe. Ung coe ko kc wlang salary na nakalagay. Un ung pinasa ko sa aims, isang coe from hr and reference letter. Ok lang kaya kung isama ko na lng sa supporting dox ko ung contract since dun nakalagay ung salary ko?

@NicoDC Hi, daming opening daw talaga diyan sa US sabi ng friend ko working there. Do you think for a single person like me, ok na option ang US? Back up ko sana if ever di ako makahanap ng work sa Australia as Med Tech.

@chelle Hi, I think mas ok ang contract kasi nakalagay din dun ang job decription mu. Just make sure translated siya to English. 🙂

@ARJanes oo naman, maganda sya sa single. mas malaki kita. pero maghintay ka nga lang tlga for the citizenship and green card. pero if you want to work sa cali, make sure na internship mo is 10months above or work experimce mo nacover mo bawat section good for 2 months each. ayun lang balita ko.medyo strict

@ARJanes @NicoDC and Australia has the highest minimum wage in the world. For me, long term wise, i think oz is a good choice 😉

@bhelle_mt02 Hi there! Ask ko lang kung mahirap ba maghanap ng work as mt sa oz? NSW po kayo? May baby din kasi ako kaya I'm thinking if ever mag move na kami dyan ang iniisip ko baka mauna muna ako kasi baka mahirap pala makahanap ng job sa start. Thanks!
