Hi guys may nag-apply ba dito ng tourist visa for parent up to 6 months? Need pa ba ng medical exam? Yung 3 months kasi naexperience na namin before twice na din nakabalik dito walang med exams and less than a week lang ang approval sa 6 months kaya kailangan na ng health exams? Any experience guys? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, quick question, BM kami on Sept. Yung mom in law ko sasama para magbantay ng baby. Nabasa ko dito na kelangan ng proof of income and bank statement, what if retired na si mom in law and wala nang source of income? Magkakaproblem ba kami?

@carlosau provide something like sss pension, properties under her name on top of a bank cert ng bank acct nya..

if may sapat kayong funds na mapapakita to support her stay dito then hndi magiging problema if hindi malaki laman ng bank acct nya or wala syang income..

Hi guys...

I am on 482 working visa. Iaapply ko parents ko ng tourist and magpprovide ako ng invitation stating na I will shoulder all of ther expenses. Ask ko lang yung mother ko may laman bank statement and sknya nakapagalan pati land title. Pero yung dad ko wlang laman own bank statement nya. Kailangan ba ipajoint ung bank statement ng mom ko sknya? Wla kasi ako maiattach sakanya. Though iaattach ko din naman bank statement and payslips ko. Thank you po sa sasagot.

Hello po, I'm on the process of completing the requirements for my mum's visitor visa din. Paano mo yung family register and composition form? Pwede po bang NSO birth certificate ko nalang po? May nagsubmit na po ba ng NSO birth certificate under this section?

BC tapos highlight mo yung parents name mo. That's what I submitted.

You can use Form 54 to show your family composition.

im in the process of applying for a tourist visa for my nanay DIY lang.

7 months buntis po ako with estimated date of delivery sa 28 march.

totoo ba na HINDI daw imention sa application na buntis ako at isa sa mga ang reason is xa mag tulong pag care sa baby?

dapat ang purpose ng visit ni nanay is to gala lang?

un ang sabi ng isang agent sa pinas.

its not true. you can say yung totoo. apart s tourism choose also family visit

also mention sa signicant dates ang due date mo at reason why mom needs to be in australia.

Give details of any significant dates on which the applicant needs to be in Australia:

to be safe, sabihin mo sa invitation letter yung reason why your mom is visiting AND may include some tourism activities that you plan to do for mom kahit mga 3 lang.

they will totally understand, australia is very "family-orientated"

Hello everyone, my mother-in-law who is here now in Melbourne has a Tourist Visa 600, with 3 months max stay per visit for 1 year and it will expire 23 May 2020.

Note: There is no condition on "No further stay" in her visa.

I'm planning to extend her. My options are:

1) Log again with the same visa but put 6months or more for the stay. As she's watching over our son. This will require health checkup and may take some time to approve.

2) Same visa and same 3month max stay per visit. No health checkup and faster to approve.

Or do you guys have any other advise? I saw some post saying that there is a maximum stay for tourist in a span of 1.5 or 2 years, not really sure...

i think option 1 is better, visa 600 onshore mas mahal to 300+ aud, if your mom wants to stay for a year, possible to. if may maximum stay na limit it should be written on the visa.

for your case, since nasa au na si mom, just apply a new visa 600 onshore for 6 or 12months, processing times is still the same, u can apply for health insurance for a month muna then extend n lng monthly if approved. more likely it will, since parent nmn sya ng isang PR/citizen, all the best
