Hello po....i have a question regarding the EOI...my husband applied for visa 190 under victorian state nomination.i just want to know if we need to email victorian government that we already have accomplished the EOI skillselect...medyo nconfused kami kc we thought it is automatic to be invited even if ee don't email them...pls help!!!thanks

guys gano katagal na ngayon ang EOI feedback for visa 190 75points for Sydney? di kasi nag release ng invite status for October 11 na month. thank you in advance

Hello all.

1.)Ask ko lng po kung okay lang ba gmitin multiple times ang docs as evidence when uploading documents? kunyari passport as evidence of Age and dun sa travel document portion?

2.) Sa Character evidence po, bukod sa police/nbi clearance sa selection merong form 80 need din ba iupload doon? plus my isa pang portion na form 80 talaga ang hinihingi na iupload, both ba dapat kong uploadan?

3.) Under dependents, sa evidence of member of the family unit at relationship spouse portion, both marriage cert lang ba ang iuupload?

4.) For my child, sa custody portion at evidence of member of the family ano po kaya dpat ang iupload? both birthcert?

Naginclude din ako ng form 80 and 1221 dito sa section na ito aside from the dedicated form 80 section.

for the question below sa visa lodgement page, meaning to say ilan yung points na iclaim mo based on assessment right?

Employment in nominated occupation

Has the applicant been employed overseas in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level, immediately before invitation to lodge this application?

ang sagot ko is 5 years in the past 10 years, kasi 10 points ang icclaim ko? tama po ba?

Hello po, pasensya na kung madami tanong, i just want to make sure na lahat nasagot ko ng tama at hindi magkaproblema sa pagbigay ng visa. 🙂

Other identity documents? Pinrovide niyo pa din po yun birth and/or marriage cert? kasi andun din sha sa drop down menu together with the driver's license.

Other names/spellings of spouse? did you put yun maiden name then reason is Marriage?

Other names/spellings of child? May daughter yun wife ko before we got married. but now legally child ko na siya and is under my surname. So documents nya (birth certificate) ako na yun father. Since void na yun old birth certificate nya,

dapat ko po pa ba ideclare ito?

Does any other person have custodial, access or guardianship rights to this child? - Mother's name?

Non-migrating members of the family unit

Does the applicant have any members of their family unit not travelling to Australia who are not Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents?

NO? How about parents?

Education history - spouse

Since hindi siya yun nagpa-assess, i'll just indicate kung ano yun qualification nya from her university?

Does the applicant have at least functional English language ability? - Spouse

Yes po ba dito (since college grad?)

@kaloidq for proof of functional english you have to attach CEMI - Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction from her university, then attched her Award Cert. then yes ang sagot dun..

i have a concern with regards sa payslips. pano po kung hindi makagenerate ng payslips kada year of work? would that be okay? may other supporting documents pa ba na pwede ilagay bukod sa ITR and SSS contri? thanks!

Regarding SSS as proof sa lodging, pano po ung incomplete contribution ko? Nagcontractual po kasi ako ng 2015 and di na nagvoluntary contribute sa SSS.
