Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

Hello po,

regarding my application.

Since I’ve added all my family members name and information sa “Non-migrating Family Members”.

Do they need to provide documents as well?

Such as NBI and Medical clearance?? Thank u.

@andishoo di na need fill out ang isa. Need lng ng main applicant attach yung assessment ni partner nya.

No need to attach anything for non migrating family members unless immediate family.

@andishoo immediate family members: proof of identification, medical police clearance as needed.

other family members like parents and siblings for record yan and yes possible for future application if they want to visit Au or something..

hi sir batman. sa non migrating family ba kailanagn ko pa ilagay mother, sisters and brother in law ko? kasama po ba sila sa family unit ko? married na po ako with kids, and kasama sila lahat sa visa application ko.

Hi. Just want to ask po re filling up of EOI. My positive RSEA outcome are the following:

Employer 1: 2005 to 2009

Employer 2: 2009 to 2018

*A total of 13yrs experience

If mgfill-up ba ako now ng EOI for the Employment section (last 10yrs), icu-cut ko ba dpat ung Employer 1 period ko and I will start sa 2008-2009 (1yr) then plus the Employer 2 na 2009-2018 (9yrs) pra hndi sumobra s 10yrs?

Hinati ko yung sa EOI ko.

So in your case 2005-2008 and 2008-2009. Pag lumabas sa EOI form yung tanong na "Is this employment related to the nominated occupation?", just answer "no" sa unang three years mo, then "yes" for the rest.

Employer 1; 2005-2008: No

Employer 1; 2008-2009: Yes

Employer 2; 2009-2018: Yes

re: uploading of qualification documents for lodging of visa

Generally, yung documents na ipinasa mo during assessment, yun ding documents yung iuupload mo during lodgement. Pero yung assessment ko kasi dati may kasamang resume. Yung details kasi ng resume ko na sinubmit dati, may mga details na nagbago like company address, etc.

Nagsubmit din ba kayo ng CV for visa lodgement? If yes, can I submit an updated CV na iba don sa sinubmit ko during assessment?

Hi po may general question lng po ako at sana po may makasagot po. bka nakaexperience din ng same case. Paxenxa n po at mejo mahaba. Accountant po ang profession ko po. Currently 70 points po ako sa 189 visa at 75 po(ata) sa 190. I'm planning to take PTE againm(2nd attempt) at kung papalarin makasuperior pra maka 80(189) and 85(190). Ngayon po pag 80 pts n po b ako gnu po b kalaki ang chance n mainvite ako agad? Pag po b nainvite need n agad po magpamedical ako at ng dependent ko. Pag di po b nakapag medical si hubby mababalewala po b ung invite? Kasi db po may 60 days lng to submit the application. Si hubby kasi ay Seaman. Schedule po nya bumalik sa barko ng February next year. Pero nirerequest ko po xa mag-stay pa until May kasi bka nga dumating ang invite at need n anjan xa. Pero merun din po kasi kaming mga property n hinuhulugan pa and dagdag ipon din if sumampa n xa agad. Di po nmin alam kung need b tlga xang mkapagmedical or any process related to filling ng application n kelangan nya tlga magawa pra makapag lodge kami at di ma-forfeit ung invitation. Salamat po sa mga sasagot. Sobrang mkakatulong po ito sa amin lalo n po need n po nya magreport sa December and to confirm n sasampa xa. Salamat po

Hi All,

Due to personal circumstances, I won't be able to apply visa in response to the first invitation received October 2018, for EOI dated July 2018. As I understand it, I would be invited again for second (and last time) for the same EOI after expiry of first invitation - provided I still meet all conditions including points, cut-off and quota.

I am currently assessing the risk of letting the first invitation expire on its own. If risk is too high of not getting another invite, I still do have few weeks to exhaust all options on table to meet the December deadline.

A gentle nudge to @RheaMARN1171933 , @batman , @gibo43 for thoughts.

@zirko sorry to hear about that. But you have to think very hard about letting go of your first invitation. It took you about 3 months if I remember before you got your invite. DHA keeps changing rules and we'll never know what they might come up (higher points for your skill nomination). But of course, it's still your assessment on how you may want to proceed with the risks that i have mentioned.

@zirko I’ve never had to advise a client not to respond to an invite especially if he/she is serious about the move. If we’re such in a predicament, we would definitely find a way not to miss the first invite for a client. Have not experienced a second invite because we’ve never done such for any of our clients. You could always refer to the formal process in terms of missing an invite but I believe it’s given that no one can guarantee of such an outcome if you decide to forego the invite. 60 days would have been enough time to respond to an invite if all documents comply from the start. Our office can easily do this within a few days from the invite for our clients who’ve engaged us from skills assessment stage as we already tailor their documents to comply to both assessing authority and immigration. So by the time of invite, mabilis na for us since we don’t need to review the documents they’ve used during skills assessment.

It’s at your own risk in the end. Good luck.
