Thank You @RheaMARN1171933 @gibo43 @batman for the advice and concern. Within the hour of posting the message, I received that good news which will allow me to apply for visa before current invite expires. Talk about timing, the Lord is really mysterious in His ways 🙂

mga kapatid, nag pa nbi kami (via PE Singapore) and yung NBI clearance namin na lumabas (reflecting address here in Singapore) e walang electronic signature.

Pirmahan nalang ba namin yung original?

Any thoughts dun sa may similar situation sa amin? 🙂 thanks in advance.

Hi po. In filling up the EOI-Education History, there is a "DATE FROM".. it was 20yrs ago, so I couldn't remember the exact date of the beginning of our class. I tried to check also my TOR, only the graduation date was written. Ano po ba dpat ilagay ko s portion na ito? Thanks in advance

Hi everyone. I don't know where to post my concern so I assume it is more appropriate here.

Here's my scenario. I'm planning to move to Australia and based from the calculator I now have 75 points, ready to submit an EOI for skilled migration (btw, i haven't tried filling up an EOI). However, I'm also planning to marry my girlfriend which I don't know if it will affect my application. I listed a number of questions that can help me decide on the next steps:

If I submitted an EOI as a single, then we get married <b class="Bold">before</b> getting invited, what will be the effect on my application?
If I submitted an EOI as a single, then we get married <b class="Bold">after</b> getting invited, what will be the effect on my application?
Can I update my relationship status after submitting an EOI?
Can I update my relationship status after getting invited?

I'm planning to go to Australia first and get her once maging stable na ko dun. Answers to these questions will help us decide on our plans. Thank you sa mga magiging inputs.

to answer your queries, go ahead with your eoi, just make sure na include mo sya as defacto partner then kapag inabutan na kayu ng married status, mag change of circumstance ka nalang then provide the documents such as marriage cert and other proof of relationship.

maganda na accurate. madali namang icheck un sa school regarding first day of class. isang tawag lang un, masasagot na dapat nila.

Hello po. Yung NBI ko po may typo sa address. Instead na Blk 311, e 319 yung nakalagay. Lahat ng documents ko ay tama, Blk 311. Need ko po ba i-stat dec na to or hayaan ko na lang (and wait if i-contact ni CO?) SG based po ako. Thanks po sa sasagot.

@donyx you can go ahead with regular daily routine after or before EOI. You can update anytime (there are ways) before or after invite if the concern is only the marital status.

@mycroft_holmes nakakainis e no? ganyan din sakin, and ang claim ng NBI e ako daw may mali (ngunit alam ko na malinaw ang sulat ko)- maigi nalang makulit din yung pamangkin ko na nag asikaso ng nbi sa pinas - sabi pa daw nung nag eencode normally di daw pinapayagan yon at ang mangyayari e back to zero sa application. nasa iyo na ba ang original?

yun sakin naayos within the same day. bayad lang ulit 150 kahit error nila 🙂 sakin naman YISHON nilagay instead na YISHUN.

Hello po. Regarding po sa address sa NBI. I have 2 address po kasi ung sa address ng partner ko and my home address. sa visa application po ang nilagay ko ay partner’s address pero sa NBI ko ay ung home address kasi renewal lang po so old address nakalagay. Need po ba meron both?salamat.

I think NBI clearance proves that you do not have any criminal records. Important is your name and the identification presented. minor details ang address. just my POV.

ok lang ba ang compressed files (to limit below 5mb) - nakalagay kasi sa attaching documents e compressed files cannot be accepted. paano kaya ito?
