Yes, you are correct. We are on the same anzsco code and currently, 223111 is being accepted sa NT and WA-Sched 2. However, mukhang hindi positive ang situation sa ngayon. I have been checking another forum ng mga expat under 223111 and they have been waiting for several months already. Ang NT so far, kahit na tumatanggap satin, ayaw daw magbigay ng 190 for whatever reason. 489 ang ibinibigay, so iyong iba raw, they grabbed the opportunity na lang.
For WA, so far wala pa kong nababalitaan na nakakuha ng work, to satisfy Sched 2 requirement. Mahirap daw eh. So they are looking at Feb/Mar 2015 na positive changes sana. Kaya naghahanap pa ko ng bang kasabayan sa 223111 journey ko 🙂
