@omeng22 pag wala sa state SOL di ka pwede magapply sa kanila ng sponsorship kasi nga di nila kailangan skill mo don..if you need state sponsorship, apply directly to the state and they will ask you your EOI number at pag naapproved automatic kang invite ng DIAC

@johanncedrick SASponsored visa ako...submit eoi chossing SA as the sponsoring state, apply state sponsorship thru www.migration.sa.gov.au.Once approved, invite ka ng DIAC.State will advise diac that they want to sponsor you and thats the time you can formally lodge your visa application..make sure nasa State occupations list ang skill mo

@johanncedrick anong skill mo? No problem, EOI is valid for 2 years sa system at di ka maiinvite hanggang di approved and state sponsorship...please check kung ano yong special conditions

You can access occupations that appear as ‘Special conditions apply’ on the State Occupation List if you meet the requirements listed under one of the following categories:

If you are international graduate of South Australia, visit International Graduate Occupation and Waiver Requirements.

If you have an immediate family member permanently residing in South Australia, see Chain Migration requirements.

If you have been working in a skilled occupation in South Australia for the last 12 months, visit Working 12 months or more in South Australia to see if you are eligible.

Once the number of nominations for an occupation meets its planning level (quota) the occupation status becomes ‘special conditions’. Immigration SA is able to offer a limited number of nominations for occupations listed as special conditions apply. Planning levels apply to all occupations and availability is subject to change. Priority will be given to applicants based on length of employment in South Australia.

I think theres no problem submitting application for sponsorship kahit naka specail conditions apply pero you can just wait total 1 month na lang mahigit July 1 na

Ok lang yong eoi, wait for July 1 and apply for state sponsorship..2 years valid ang eoi..di pa naman yon application for visa

State sponsorship comes after eoi naman, needed ang eoi number sa state sponsorship and once naapproved, automatic inform ng state and DIAC that you are approved and they will invite you to apply for the visa

@johanncedrick malabo na na magbabago pa yon coz more than a month na lang bago mag end ang fin year. Ready your application para pagpatak ng 12:01 AM on July 1, check agad ang website kung nabago na :-)

sir medtech po ba kaw? meron po ba medtech dito n nainvite at naaporove for visa 190 state sponsorship dito sa south australia from sy 2014 up to present? gusto ko lang po san malamn kung gano ktaas yung chance for medlabtehnician n mainvite...worried po kac ako..thank u po sa mga reply..

@johanncedrick basta nsa state Occupations list wala naman problema kasi nga kailangan nila yong skill..mas maganda nga wala kang kakumpetensya kung mag apply ka :-)...Information and Organisation Orof ako 224999...di naman nila ilalag don kung di sila magiinvite

@johanncedrick kaya bantayan mo pagpatak ng July 1, submit mo agad application pag open na uli..ok naman dito, medyo laid back lang adelaide compared Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane pero mas gusto dito, relax, di masyado trapik :-)..sacrifice lang sa umpisa, medyo mahirap maghanap ng work related sa skill dito sa south..pero depende naman siguro sa line of your skill..mag oopen na dito new Royal Adelaide Hospital :-)

@johanncedrick single :-) pero kasama ko 2 nephews as dependents( 1 sabay ko dumating, 1 subsequent entry- mag 1 month pa lang sya galing Lipa :-) )usually nasa nasa $20 pataas per hour...employee ako ng contractor sa mine site, fly-in fly-out...usually mas malaki sweldo kasi nasa remote area at 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
