Parang ganun na nga if yung nominated job mo marami ka kasabay na nag apply. Mas mauuna yung matataas. Pwede ka mag back read d2.. Marami nag share ng info. Meron din nman like @megger 55+5 pero mabilis lng. I guessed baka kukunti sa nominated job nya..

@rami thanks siguro magpasa muna ko for 190 maski 55+5 lang then mag exam na lng ulit ako ng PTE to get 20 points para pampataas ng points para din umaandar na yng application ko..

@engineer20 because NSW invited me first and I paid na the application fee. And nabasa ko sa immigration website na mas priority ang 190 over 189 so generally mas mabilis ang processing time. I've also been living in Sydney for 4yrs na.

For Industrial Engineers, I had EoI for Visa 190 (55+5) Jan 2 2016 nothing happened until end of June 2016. 6 months waiting game at the minimum I suppose..

@beaj pag offshore kasi mas mabilis processing ng visa 189.. well, matagal ka na pala sa NSW ok na din kasi di ka naman lilipat ng state at 1 year after visa grant mo eligible ka na to apply for citizenship.. good luck!

Hello po. Thank you sa mga discussions and helpful info. I am a bit concerned in my EOI. Here's my dilemma: I have 65+5(state nomination) points total without claiming points for work experience for 221112 Mgt Accountant.

Question 1. Sa EOI, there's a field where you can put your work experience. Can I leave those fields blank since I'm not claiming points anyway?

Question 2. In Form80, there's the same field asking for work experience. Can I leave those blanks as well since I'm not claiming points?

Question 3. I've seen NSW not requiring work experience for state nomination. Is this true? Can I still get an invite even without work experience in NSW?

Yun 1st and 2nd question mo, tanung ko din yan. I did include my work experience only because I thought na it will help me since I've been working in a related industry here in Oz, BUT I did not claim points for work experience. I reckon it helped naman. I was invited by NSW and will lodge my visa na soon. Although yun nga problem ko is na autofill na yun visa application sa work experience. Ayaw ko kasi na magcollate ng work related docs so right now, I'm asking migration lawyers abt this.

Yun 3rd question. Yes you can still get an invite as long as nasa SOL ng NSW yun occupation mo.

mas ok na ilagay mo work history mo tapos kung ayaw mo magclaim ng points just tick not related.
just be honest when fiiling out legal forms
yes, as long pasok points mo, nasa occupation list nila or kahit nasa csol list lang basta hig pointer ka

Yes pwede mo cguro ilagay, pero normally kc before ka mag submit ng invitation for 190 SS, dapat meron ka na skills assessment and based sa positive result ng skills assessment mo dun mo malalaman kung ilang years ang ma grant para mkakuha ka ng points sa skills mo.

Based sa positive skill assessment mo, pwede yun na lng din ang ilagay mo sa work experience mo sa 190 invitation application since ang importante kasi d2 is yung work exp mo is meron sa NSW 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List (NSW 190 List) 2016-17.

yes kailangan mo lahat ng evidences na yun ang work experience mo..
