@ljust kong ano claimed mo na points sa EOI yun dapat ang may supporting docs. kong di nman claim sa points pero sakop pa sa last 10 years history ng work mo. ilagay mo din pero tick mo lng yung option na not claiming point take a look sa skill select website para malaman mo mga ready docs before mag submit ng EOI, kasi EOI muna bago ma invite ng NSW.

Actually po, as in nasa visa 190 application part na po ako. Tapos na po ako sa skills assessment, eoi, invitation and nomination. Hindi po ako nagclaim ng points sa work experience bilang hindi po abot ng 3 yrs for overseas experience ko and at that time na nainvite ako ng nsw which is last june hindi pa one year experience ko dito sa Australia. Ngayon po one year na since July po ako last year nagstart magwork, pero casual lang po and paminsan less than 20hrs so regardless, I still cant claim points.

So bale naapprove po ako ng nsw for nomination without claiming points for work experience. However, nilagay ko padin po yun mga work experience ko just for reference.

Tanong ko po sana is ngayong maglolodge na ako ng visa, hihingan kaya ako ng skilled employment statement pa and all work related docs kahit na hindi naman po ako nagclaim?

@ljust since you are not claiming points for work experience, no need to attached supporting documents for that. afaik.

@ljust yes you have to declare your previous work for the last 10 years. nun nag submit ka ng EOI hindi mo ba nilagay? gawa ka signature mo para Makita timeline mo.

@ljust be careful sa declaration mo sa EOI kasi ang alam ko last 10 years dapat declared either related or not, claiming points or not. kasi it will be corroborated in the FORM 80. kasi need mo declare sa form 80 job history mo. pag di nag match sa EOI mo that might raise some issue. kaya as much as possible kong ano hinihingi na info ibigay/declare.

Isa pa pong question, stuck nako sa employment na to.

So I included all my work experience na both related and unrelated. Did not claim points for any of those. What should I answer in this part of the visa application?

@greatsoul depende sa state, usually merong fee, for example sa NSW, SA and Queensland meron clang application fee.

@greatsoul wala pa just got our visa grant this month. we plan to have our initial entry next year but plano namin balik pa ulit work sa middle east pang dagdag baon. NSW state sponsored kami.

@Megger May 25 yung lodge date namin tapos July 11 visa grant na. so blessed na wla ng hiningi samin yung CO team Brisbane 🙂 occupation microbiologist, tapos 65+5 points.
