@chyrstheen yep, may 190 ako hehehe. Tingin ko talaga ay may pts sila na gusto per occupation na nasa list nila. Like sa atin sa ChE, 80 above siguro bet nila. hihihi. Buti na lang at napasabit ako sa nainvite sa 189. 🙂

Hi @evievask! I also lodged EOI (190) for NSW last Nov 2017, 80pts (applying for Graphic Designer occuptation) but until now, I didn't get a pre-invite. My colleague received his pre-invite though (same visa and occupation as mine but lower points). I couldn't wait any more for NSW since I got ITA from SA, so I grabbed that instead since wala rin kasiguraduhan yung sa NSW.

Curious question po about visa 190. Kelan nag-start ang 2 years required residency? Upon initial entry po ba? Sinasama po ba sa count ang days that you travel outside Oz?

Guys, patanong lang po. Okay lang po ba gamitin ang existing na immiaccount with different email add from the ITA na nareceive ko?

Got my ITA using my new email address. When I clicked Apply Visa, need to login to immiaacount. I'm unsure if I need to create a new one or just use the existing one I have (with old email add).

Hi @Heprex, parang hindi po yata pwede ichange kasi yun ang username but I will try and will find out if pwede. Else, no choice gagawa nlang ako ng bago. (Nag iisip lang ako just in case dumating bigla ang 189, gagamitin ko sana ang same Medical results). I will find out and let you know. Salamat po.

@msun0416 hindi na yata pwede palitan yun email address sa Immi account kasi yun ang logon ID. I used a different email ad when I created EOI for 190. Dito napadala yun ITA. But when I created HAP ID and lodge the visa, I used the original email na ginamit ko nung ginawa ko yun immi account ko 3 years ago, nung nag-apply ako ng tourist visa. Hope this helps

@Heprex thanks! I think you’re right. Sa BM nga yata ang basehan, kasi kelangan mag-register ng address. But i wonder kung kasama sa 2-yr count yun in and out sa AU. Especially kung uuwi sa Pinas para mag-bakasyon.

@Lexi thank you. 🙂 I think kasama na yun sa 2 year commitment, kahit mag bakasyon ka sa pinas during those 2 years, siguro na bibigay ka na ng tax nun sa nsw eh. Hehe

Hi, ask ko lang po, nag lodge na po kasi ako ng EOI, finally hehe, gusto ko po sana kumuha ng state nomination from NSW and VIC. Tama po ba na nilagay ko sa state ng 190 ko is "ANY"?

Then meron pa po ba ako kailangan gawin for NSW? Sa VIC po kasi may ginawa akong application.

@Lexi Hi. Kung mabigyan ka ng Visa 190, 5 years yung validity nun. Tapos ung 2-yr residency, accumulated yun within those 5 years (24 months), to be eligible for visa renewal. So pede ka mag in and out. Pero kung target mo mag apply ng citizenship, you need to fulfill 4 yrs of legal stay with conditions of no more than 12 months outside Australia; and . less than 3 months in the last 12 months (of your visa validity) outside Australia.

Sir, ask ko lng din po, hindi po kaya mag ka issue na hindi ako bigyan ng victoria pag nakita nila na meron pala ako sa NSW?hehe

@aj.skywalker hindi ko masabi pero mostly ng mga ganyang case hinihingan ng letter kung bakit victoria ang pinili mong state.
