@itscarlo Thanks for your response. If I get a 190 visa, i definitely will abide with the 2-yr residency requirement. Besides mas marami yata opportunities for Accountants sa Sydney. Naisip ko lang itanong kasi I have ties din sa ibang states.

@aj.skywalker dipende if indemand yung occupation mo sa NSW at yung points mo.. malaking factor din kung superior yung English proficiency mo

@Hunter_08 hi sir thank you po for replying. Uhm.. Registered Nurse NEC po ako, then 65+5 po points ko pag sa 190. Superior po yung English proficiency ko po,.

points ko po is:

Age - 30

English - 20

Education - 15

NSW Nomination - 5

Total - 70

Mga gano po kaya katagal sir? kasi nag gumawa na din po ako ng EOI na 489 Family Sponsored para 75 points.

@aj.skywalker not sure sa specific kung gano katagal for nurses but I think you will be invited soon.. but e continue mo din yung 489 visa since wala naman din mawawala kung e try mo para you have 2 options or fall back if ever hindi ka ma invite ng NSW.

No problem. Thanks din. Yep, kaka-BM ko lang dito sa Sydney last Sunday. So mejo busy settling stuff like Medicare, opening bank account, etc. 😃

Sir, maraming salamat po sa pag reply, binasa ko po, may special condition po sa occupation ko, kailangan high point, kailangan 90 daw po points ko including state nomination. hehe

4 na nga po EOI ko nung 16 May ko lang po ginawa lahat.

189 - 65

190 NSW - 70

190 VIC - 70

489 - 75

hehehe, sana naman po kahit isa magkaron, pero sa VIC wala na po ata hehe

@aj.skywalker good luck sa application. sa VIC temporary closure sila ngayon.. sa july mag reresent lahat ng mga occuaption nila kaya sa SA state nomination bababa yung points needed para makapag apply though sana hindi ka na umabot ng july at mainvite ka na.

Spouse - Secondary applicant

    Birth certificate

so need na rin pala magpa medical and police clearance?

@mxv588t yup kapag mag lodge na kyo ng visa need na ng medical at police clearance for all the countries na tumira kayo for at least 1 yr. mas okay na complete nyo na lahat ng docs before kayo mag lodge para iwas na din na ma contact ng CO. prepare also form 80 kasi need din yan.

@Hunter_08 meaning po ba kahit nasa pinas na wife ko (nagwork sya dito sa Singapore from 2013-2017) need nya and police clearance ng Singapore?

Tapos ako po ay nandito sa Singapore since 2012. Need ko rin po police clearance ng Philippines?

@mxv588t yup.. pareho nyo need ng police clearance sa SG and NBI sa pinas.. hindi police clearance kunin nyo sa pinas kung hindi NBI..

Good morning sa lahat, medyo hindi popular yung itatanong ko pero baka may mga nakakaalam. Got 190 invitation and we are now preparing our documents. We're currently working and staying in New Zealand and I wonder kung ano ang kukunin namin as equivalent to NBI clearance or Singapore COC. Nagresearch na din ako and based on the info I found from https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/contact/offices-locations/new-zealand (Police check) dito daw ako magrerequest https://www.justice.govt.nz/criminal-records/get-your-own/ tama po ba? thanks!

maraming maraming salamat po sir, oo nga po eh, sana po mainvite na before July hehe,

ayun nga po pala sir, tatanong ko po, alam niyo po ba kung tataas pa po ulit ang invitation nila? kasi po tig 600 lang sa 189 per month ngayon, sa July po kaya tataas po ulit? baka makapasok po 65 points ko sa 189?

yes sir, open po, nag aayos pa po ako requirements dun, medyo madami po kasi like mga commitment eh hehe, pero inuuna ko po Tasmania, mas gusto ko po kasi dun, after ko po mapasa 489 sa Tasmania, papasa po ako sa NT hehe 🙂 mabilis po ba ang NT sir, alam niyo po?

@aj.skywalker maski bumaba yung invitation points nila at 65 points hindi ka pa din agad ma iinvite kasi yung iba last year pa nagpasa ng EOI with 65 points at yun ang uunahin nila invite. so better look for alternative para ma invite like pataas ng points sa english or state nomination.
