Ask ko lang po sa mga recently na na invite sa nsw need po ba na superior english? Tapos during this month po na papalapit na sa fiscal year mag pre preinvite pa ba sila? Thanks po

@jewel_34 Sa pagkakaalam ko po mas priority nila ang may superior english. Regarding sa pre-invite, meron pong mga na pre invite last May. For this month wala pang updates pero hopefully meron pa din 🙂

@auyeah ask ko lang po, usually po ba yung visa 190 na grant may condition 8515? should not marry before first entry. kasi kami po ng bf ko parehas waiting sa grant ng 190, and balak po namin magpakasa dito sa pinas bago first entry po. bawal po b talaga magpakasal kpg sa 8515?

@ali0522 I am not an expert on this, pero according sa home affairs website this condition “might” be added. So pwedeng meron, pwede walang ganitong condition. Perhaps you can also ask yung mga recently granted with visa 190 if they have this condition. Based on what I’ve read online, this condition is applicable for marriages after the visa grant and before the initial entry. So I think, if you intend to get married naman PRIOR to the visa grant, the partner can still be added to the application of the MAIN applicant as dependent and you can inform the CO about the Change of Circumstance (Marriage), add the necessary docs for partner and pay for the visa fee para sa additional dependent (partner). Whatever visa granted to the main applicant, same din ang makukuha ng dependent or spouse.

I am not sure lang what will happen if AFTER ng visa grant doon pa lang ikakasal and ang partner ay NOT included sa application as spouse / de facto. Baka for this case, kailangan muna mag initial entry ng may PR visa bago magpakasal (?) then Partner visa na ang kailangang iapply ni partner. Most likely kasi baka hindi na sya ma add sa decided na visa application and for 1 person lang ang nabayaran. So a new visa application might be required for the partner.

Kung currently under 1 application naman kayo tapus naka De Facto Relationship, I guess di sya magiging major issue since yung visa fee na nabayaran nyo ay pang dalawahan na, for 1 main applicant with 1 dependent na. Kailangan nyo nalang siguro iinform yung CO pag kinasal na kayo, through change of circumstance. Pero I am not 100% on this ha? It’s just my assumption lang since both kayo nasa application naman and you are paying for 2 persons naman so baka di sya maging problem pero kailangan lang iupdate ang CO with your new status habang di pa naggrant ang visa.

Depende sa case nyo talaga sis 🙂 pero again these are just my assumptions and understanding based sa mga nababasa ko, it would be best if you can have an advice from a migration expert or someone na naka experience na nito before para mas maguide ka ng tama 🙂

Question po sa mga nainvite sa NSW, yung 14 days after ma invite is yung days na kailangan mo maipasa lahat ng docs (medical, nbi, diploma, transcript, COE, payslips, ITR, Form 80/1221, de facto/partner/marriage proof)? Or 14 days to reply sa invite?

You have 14 days to accept the pre-invite. Fill up and attached the needed documents, pay a fee, and submit (wala pang medical or NBI).

Then you have to wait for a few days for the approval, then dun ka pa lang makakatanggap ng mismong invite to apply. Dun yung mismong lodging ng visa which will require medical, nbi, and all other docs, and pay the lodge fee.

I see... good to know... :smile: gano po kaya katagal yung deadline para maipasa lahat ng docs for visa lodging after nung actual invite?

@karlboy 60 days to respond to the invite.

And better to have your documents all prepared at this point.

Magpa-sched ka na ng NBI if kukuha ka. And most of the docs should already be available, since the same were already used in EOI, skill assessment , and PTE.

For the medical, you will have the HAP ID once nakapag lodge ka na, so its up to you to schedule your medical. better to have it as soon as possible after lodging.

But if you missed any documents, CO will contact you for it, which may cause delay in your application.

Yung CO contact ang hindi natin masabi kung gaano katagal. pero sa ngayon 9-13 months ang processing time according to immi site.

Need po ba mag re-submit ng EOI (if may existing na) on July 1, 2020 for the new fiscal year?
