Yes no need to re-submit na po @Butterfly8i8 as long as your EOI is still valid.

For pre-invite (or invitation to apply for nomination) the status will remain as SUBMITTED in Skillselect, it will only update to INVITED status once the application for nomination is approved and ITA is received.

@Butterfly8i8 hello! Kumusta ka na? Anu na status nh application mo? Oo around that month kasi tandang tanda ko si NSW, inapplyan ko yan at matagal ako pinaasa nyan.. hehe

may update na ng skilled list for NSW kaso may additional requirement na silang nilagay. i applied for accountant with 80 points for 189 tapos 85 points for NSW 190. ano kaya ang chances ko na mainvite given na i’m not working sa nominated ko na occupation.

onshore applicant ako kaso ang additional requirement sa nabasa ko dapt may 1 year work experience sa nominated occupation so parang hindi ako pasok sa new requirement

@radq anong visa po kayo ngayon? if you are onshore, that's a big advantage for you. that means you only have to wait for few more months to complete the 1 year work requirement.. with this new development from NSW requirements, I think the bias is towards those who are already in NSW.. which means lesser and lesser chances for those offshore.. this is sad news for us, from offshore.

@radq you may consider NAATI CCL exam to add 5 points, at 90 points you will have a very good chance at 189 to get invited. You need to decide asap since the next exam will be in January..
