Can a former Tuberculosis patient migrate to Australia?

@Gft_SG pero just to have atleast an idea din po, when time comes na i have to take medical to apply for work visa while under medication, do I have to declare na I'm taking those drugs (for TB)?kasi ang alam ko po one of the questions yun sa form na kelangan i fill out. Do you think that would be a deciding factor to grant a visa? Yung mga employers jan sa Australia, very srict ba kapag may old scar TB cases? thanks po

@hopeful101 ito na lang siguro, gawin mo mag pa xray ka sa clinic kung saan mo balak magpamedical kung mag aapply kana ng visa dito. sabihin mo lang na annual xray lang ang plano mo tapos tingnan mo kung clear ang result. Kasi pag clear na yon, your xray is still valid for 12 mos (well...maybe but back in singapore yes it is 12 mos). try st lukes..maybe???

@Rafing wala.. it was a prescription drug from my pulmo. hwag kayo kabahan kung may history kayo ng PTB. as long as you can make sure na magaling kayo, you can go here. Kung may scar, it is not the end of the world. Pa diagnose nyo lang. kung may TB gamutin. pag magaling na kayo kahit may scar pa yan, your doctor will clear you of the disease. ma dedelay lang approval nyo pero you can still go here.
