After paying the visa application fee, it is then up to you to prove your claims by submitting your supporting docs, medical and character checks..

Only the Case Officer can decide on that..

Naku @lurker2014, mukhang may mali nga ata sa claim mo. Kung ang tinanggap lang ng ACS ay yung employment mo after june2011, meaning magstart ka pa lang ng count ng work experience after June 2011. At kung ang nilagay mo naman sa EOI mo ay 2007, malaking mali nga yun. Let's just pray na tanggapin ng CO yan.

IMHO sir, hindi ata mali ung pag claim ng points for the skills and employment.

Ung ACS is supposed to assessed ung skills mo which is merong requirement na certain years para maging positive.

Ung employment mo would be assess based on the employment certificate na sinubmit mo sa DIBP.

Almost same case kami ng friend ko, we both went for RPL which requires us na magkaroon ng 5 years (pag ICT related ung course) at 6 years (pg non-ICT related course, bale non-ICT ako so I need 6 years work exp which I have more than enough)

Nasa OZ na siya ngayon and I have already submitted most of the documents na kailangan and waiting for result and claiming (by God's grace) na ok ung result.

eto ung pdf kung pano ini-a-assess ng acs ang skills base on relevant working experience. I fall sa last category non-ict related. My gut feel is ACS would assess your skills base on the "Required Relevant Work Experience" and they would not assess ung lahat ng taon na working experience mo. Mukhang DIBP ung mag-assess ng work experience base on the certificate of employment na pinasa mo.

But I maybe wrong as well.

Hello guys,

Update ko pala, a month after ng letter ko na ni send thru DHL sa CO, naka receive po ako ng successful withdrawal ng application ko.

Laking tuwa ko pa na i refund nila yung payment ko. Inde na nga ako nag expect kasi kasalanan ko naman, pero i was happy na ni consider nila. Nung na receive ko ang mail eh nangagatog pa ko sa tuwa 😃

As of today, may EOI invite ako ulit, at nag lodge na din. This time making sure na tama ang lahat na ni claim ko. Lesson learned talaga, pati na din sana sa lahat.

kaka backread ko lang po. pacorrect nalang po kung mali pagkakaintindi ko. yung work experience na dapat mo ilagay sa EOI mo nakabase sa assessment ng ACS? akala ko po kasi e regardless sa assessment ng ACS satin. yung work experience idedeclare mo lahat ng nasa COE mo.

Yes, you must base the info na ilalagay mo sa EOI from the ACS assessment result. Stick to the date that says you're deemed working as skilled. That way wala kang worries na mali ang claim mo sa years of skilled work experience.

may tanong din po ako about this. sabi sa ACS ko is relevant daw after May 2009. pero sa eoi ang nilagay ko start ng relevant exeprience is May 15 2009. kc ang completion ng 2yrs is May 14, 2009 (para dun sa 2 yrs na binabawas nila) Kahit na po May or june pa ang ilagay ko ganun pa rin ang points 60. siguro naman po eh hindi na issue to? nakakatakot magkamali eh ang mahal po.

@catgon0208 ako po kasi sabi sa acs ko after august 2006 kaya nilagay kong start ng relevant work is sept. 1, 2006...

@gernaez ganun po ba? so pwede po ba pag lodge ko ng Visa ang gawin ko ng start date is June 01, 2009, un nga lang maiiba eto sa EOI na submitted pero ung points ganun pa rin naman 60 points. Ano po ba ang masu suggest ng mga master? Wag na muna ako mag lodge hanggang sa ma expire na ung invitation? or ibahin na lang ung start date

My explanation naman po qouting the duties and responsibilities stated in my COE and referring it as closely related to anzsco Accounts Clerk rather than Internal Auditor.

hi @cylin, ask ko lang... Accounts Clerk is not included in SOL but Accountant (General)

Did they mean SOL Accountant should be your nominated occupation for your experience in accounting section?

newbie here and would like to seek your advise, we are planning to apply for subclass 189, question is: my husband (primary applicant) graduated ECE, working for more than 8 years as IT, do you think he will pass the skills assessment, considering Engineering ang tinapos niya then IT ang line of work? pero full 8 years yun na IT and in one company lang..

in my opinion, ECE i think is still considered as ICT Major (depending on his school curriculum) since may mga subjects naman sya na pang IT right?

I myself had a deduction of four years as my degree is Computer Engineering which is similar to ECE maybe you can try to research pa rin

@yeshmi yung Education is one factor lang ng Skills Assessment, I don't know kung paano mag-assess ang ACS (kung yun man ang assessing authority nyo) pero dapat mas malaking factor yung actual work experience...

Like sa case ko, I'm an ECE, pero mas aligned talaga yung naging work exp ko sa Production/Mfg Engineering kaya yun ang pina-assess ko sa EA rather than Electronics Engineer.
