u must meet the ielts requirement po para mainvite ka at least 6 in each band

Pero depende po yan ha. Una depende kung abot ung score nio sa passmark na 60 kahit indi magclaim ng points sa English and second kung state nomination nmn, depende sa state kung anong required na ielts score, pag sa Victoria min. of 7 po ang required.

Hi All, magta-tanong lang po.

My wife and I would like to know if it is possible to claim partner skill points given that my occupation is in the SOL & CSOL (261313 Software Engineer) where as my wife’s occupation is in the CSOL only (132511 Research and Development Manager).

With this, we are planning to apply for Victoria State Sponsorship so that both our occupation will be under CSOL which are used for state sponsorship.

Kasi po may nabasa ako na dapat nasa same SOL ang occupation niyong mag-asawa para eligible sa partner skills points. Ok lang ba since both nasa same CSOL occupation namin if mag-apply kami for Visa 190 State Sponsorship?

Looking forward for your help po, salamat ng marami.

Vic requires min. of 6 po pero certain occupation requires 7. you can check through http://www.liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au/visas-and-immigrating/occupation-lists/state-nomination-occupation-list-for-victoria#.U_QTcMWSwrU kung anong required score for your nominated occupation.

Can I still apply for state sponsorhip or wait po ng December? thanks po</blockquote> sa opinion ko po, wait nio na mag 3 yrs work experience nio. cguro if a fraction of less than a month ung kulang ok lng kasi 3 months namn processing ng Victoria, pero if more than 1 month baka marefuse lang application nio. Also, make sure maipakita nio na may strong qualifications kayo and reasons na magstay sa Vic, mejo mahirap maaprove recently and I know a few people na recent nag apply na narefuse.
