Hi guys! I would like to thank you kasi nakatulong talaga itong thread na ito sa 476 journey ko, haha! And... gusto ko rin sanang itanong if there are any other things to attend to before flying out to AU after maapprove ng visa? Or I can just book my flight now and just show up sa airport with my ticket and passport on the day of my flight? 🙂)

Hi, everyone! 🙂 question: I just lodged my application for visa subclass 476 last April 1. I made a mistake by listing my parents and siblings in the "non-migrating dependents" when in fact they aren't. Do you think. I have to correct it or leave it as is? Please help. Any comment will be appreciated.

Hello guys,

I need your help. Gusto ko na kasi i-lodge yung application ko this June (or May), kaso wala pa yung results ng IELTS ko. I could wait for the results kaso ma-eexpire na yung eligibility ko to apply for the visa subclass 476 this June 2015. Would you know kung puwede na i-lodge ko na yung application ko without the IELTS result, to follow na lang yun?

Anyway, kung hindi talaga puwede, I think I would take TOEFL instead. I heard that TOEFL is more difficult? Meron po bang nag TOEFL dito na puwede nya i-share experience nya? Hehe.

Please help me guys. Thanks in advance!

The results of the ielts usually come out 13days after you take the test, so even if you wait for it (assuming youve taken the test), you should still have time to lodge before your eligibility expires.

What i might do if i were in your situation is i'll lodge the visa application 2-3 days before my eligibility expires.

@iammaxwell1989... Sorry, expiration pala ng eligibility ko ay May 2015. Kasi I graduated June 2013. Di na ako magtetake ng ielts, pte na lang, 5 days lang kasi may results na at puwede pa magbook kahit few days before the exam.

If you've lodged your visa 476 with all the requirements attached, will a case officer still be assigned to you? or it will directly go through visa acceptance/rejection na?

hello guys, question po. I was trying to lodge my visa 476 application a while ago. But I can't see the option where I can attach the required docs. Will I be able to see it after I submit and paid the application?

@aueno, paano ka po nag-attach ng docs? Wala akong makitang option eh..

@guboer documents can only be attached once you paid your visa application fee..a link on attaching documents will appear on your immi account

@aueno a case officer will be assigned to evaluate all application following standards. If you have attached all the necessary docs and will not require further documentations, he/she can immediately give the decision

May isa pa akong tanong, sa mga naglodge online this year, certified true copy ba yung mga attached docs nyo? I know someone who did not attach certified copy docs; she attached scanned original copies. Tinanggap naman, nasa AU na siya. Kinakabahan kasi ako, may mga docs ako na hindi certified copy, original copies lang meron ako. Baka hindi tanggapin? E.g, yung passport, puwede ba na scanned copy na lang? Napapacertify true copy ba yun sa DFA in the first place? Tinatanggap din ba nila yung authenticated docs, yung may red ribbon from DFA?

Doon sa part na ililista yung dependents, dapat ko ba isama lahat ng members ng family ko (parents and siblings) kahit na hindi ko sila talaga dependent? Sabi kasi list ALL your family (accompanying or not). Wala naman kaso kung ililista ko sila, ang prob tinatanong rin yung country of residence since 2005. May kapatid kasi ako na mahirap na i-trace yung country of residence nya since 2005...

I remember nilagay ko din lahat..why not just out philippines yong isa ming kapatid na mahirap na itrace ang countries where he lives or just out 1 country n sure ka...i thunk ang ourpose naman nito is just to verify kung may mga family members ka na residing in high risk countries( like TB etc.). Di naman yan iveverify isa-isa

@fgs, okay na. Hindi pala dapat ilagay sa non-accompanying dependents. May isa pang option dun na other family members. Dun ko sila lahat nilagay, hindi na nirequire yung country of residence.

Btw, would you know the answer to my question re certified copy docs? Kapag online application ba, dapat certified copy talaga yung iattach o puwede na original copy? May kakilala kasi ako na hindi naman certified copy inattach nya, nasa AU na siya hehe. Pero last year kasi yun, baka mahigpit na sila this year?

@guboer mine are all certified copies...though not 476 visa ko...nakaspecify kasi na dapat ctc

@fgs, I see. Bahala na, kelangan ko na kasi magsubmit before June. Hindi certified copy yung passport at birth certificate ko. Siguro naman they would ask me to have it certified kung kelangan talaga...

Btw, how did you get your passport certified? Sa DFA, yung authentication dun? How long ang processing?

Yung birth certificate naman, sa pagkakaalam ko, ipapacertify muna sa municipality kung saan ka pinanganak tapos sa NSO main office sa QC? Tama ba? I had mine certified in the municipality level pa lang. Matagal ba processing sa NSO?

@guboer notary public is authorised to authenticate all docs...no need to go to the issuing office...nasa website ang list ng pwede magauthenticate

@fgs, got it bro. Read it sa immi website. So either ipa-notarize sa notary public or ipa-certify dun sa office na nakalist sa immi website? Tama ba pagkakaintindi ko? Hehe.

Ikaw saan ka nagpacertify? Dun ba sa office na nasa immi website? How much do they charge?

@guboer yes tama...sa notary public ako nagpanotarised...not familiar sa charges kasi sister ko pinaasikaso ko..they charge per sheet..
