@redhorse welcome sa forum schoolmate! Yes, nag-agency ako kase before di ko pa nadi-discover itong forum na ito, Kung may time ka na magbasa ng magbasa di mo na kakailanganin ng migration agent. Through Engineer's Australia ako nagpa-assess kase Civil Engineer ang ninominate kong profession - so di ko masyado alam ang process pag sa AIQS. Nag-IELTS na po ba kayo? I trust yun ang next step nyo.

@glaiza2010- hi! Im a new member here. Chem eng naman po ako and aporved na visa 476 ko. may question lng po ako since IE po kau. Ung bf ko po kasi IE from Mapua pero po ang work niya ay Data analyst. Sa pgchek ko, Database administrator ang pinakamalapit na skills..Pwede po ba na ang ipases nya sa EA ay ung Bachelors Degree lang? and ung work exp/skills ay sa ACS? Thanks

Hi IE mapua din ako, anong batch ni bf ? About EA assessment as an IE, he needs to prove na pang IE yung work experiences nya meron kseng job description ang EA for IE and also sa DIAC. Sa EA assessment kse you need to make a CDR that will show your engineering capability. Kung work experiences ni bf is more on IT i think dpat sa ACS sya mag pa-assess. Yung assessment kse ng EA is about your engineering work experiences not only bachelors degree.

baka nga kabatch ko sya...hehehe...If ma prove nmn nya na IE related nmn yung work nya then ok na yun sa EA. Yun nmn yung purpose ng CDR e dun ibabase ng EA kung IE related tlga work experiences.

yup tama si @glaiza.. make sure na pang IE ang job description nya.. para ma-count ung experience nya if ever sa EA sa magpapa-assess..

kung magpapa-gawa sya ng job description, dapat close sa IE function.. as i said.. Business Analyst ako (so parang IT).. pero ang dating nung job description ko eh medyo parang business analyst/process improvement.. which is related to IE..

Your practice sounds promising. :-) Try ka sa mga Council baka meron sila. Igoogle mo na lang.local government dito yun, depende sa areas..

May mga structural engineers po ba dito na ang field is industrial (oil & gas, petrochem plants)? saang state(s) po ba maraming kailangang structural engineers na ang work experience is industrial?

7years na ang work experience ko at puro industrial plants lang.gaya nyo,sawa na rin ako...sa kimchi naman.hehe

dagdag tanong po, anong ginamit nyong form from EA nung nagpa-assess kayo?yung # 1 ba or # 3?hindi ko kasi mahanap sa EA website yung definition ng eng associate at PE.

Maraming Filos dyan dito sa Melbourne. Hindi ko lang alam kung naghihire sila ngayon. 5 years ago, nag sponsor sila ng mga pinoy engineers kaya madami ang nakarating dito. Though I heard na mahina ang industry ngayon, I think it's worth trying..

Normally Professional Engineer if you have an equivalent AQF Bachelor Degree in Engineering.. download mo po ung booklet sa EA: "Migration Skills Assessment".. nandun po ang mga definition at other important details na dapat nyong malaman..

hello po.. any EE here? Meron po ba kayong sample ng CDR for EE..

Tapos dun po sa assessment, standard CDR assessment lang po ba or kasama na yung relevant skilled employment sa babayaran? If kasama na, does that mean na kung ilang taon ang isama sa assesssment ni EA yun na ang magiging basis ni DIAC sa working experience mo? Thanks po sa magrereply 🙂

hi to all,

newbie din here. may query po ako kc hubby and i are planning to migrate sa AU. Main applicant ay si hubbby.

5 years na sya dito sa SG, Quantity Surveyor po ang work experience nya Civil Eng graduate sa Mapua.We've done a bit of research at base sa Australian Institute of QS; di siya qualified for skilled migration assessment http://www.aiqs.com.au/site.php?id=569

Ang tanong ko po ay If magpapa assess sya sa EA under Professional Engineers pero ang background nya ay QS, may posibility po ba ma reject ito?

Meron na po ba dito nag apply for visa with the same case/situation?

@arkinjm - hi.. welcome to the forum..

if you would do back reading sa thread na ito, mababasa nyo po na pwede mo ang QS magpa-assess sa EA, pero CE po ang inonominate nyo na occupation..

isang example po si @langgam37.. check his timeline.. and all posts nya particularly sa thread na ito "Engineers Corner"... approved na rin po ang visa nya..
