Malamang yung kakilala mo may PR visa na talaga sya.. tapos sinabihan nya lead nya na magpapatransfer sya. pero wala sa Accenture Philippines initiated na pag office transfer. kasi hindi na nila magiging hawak yung tao pag transfer nila sa ibang bansa.. dun na sya employed talaga sa paglilipatan sa kanya.

Meron lang is project based.. contract. so ioonshore ka sa Accenture Australia.. tapos pababalikin ka Pinas after ng project. yun ung sagot lahat ni Accenture ang gastos.. and may kaakibat na bond yun kay Accenture Philippines.

sa aking case in our place walang mga trabaho,kung mayron mang hiring marami ang nagaaply at halos lahat over qualified,mga engr's na machine operator at mostly stagnant na ang carrer mo kaya i decided to test here in aust. thought tamang tama lang ang sahod ko,minsan kulang pa kasi maraming utang sa pinas when i decided to go here,but in all maganda nman dito base on my experience yung treatment sa akin maganda nman,yung compnay nmin may mga uniforms na binibigay unlike sa pinas,i think mostly pinoy na pumunta dito ay yung goverment benifits and oppurtunity na wala sa atin but in my case ganun din and still i will come back to the phil soon and open a business para mkatulong sa kababbayan natin...

thanks..indi nman....naisip ko lang na walang tutulong sa ating bANSA kundi tayo lamang kaya hope kung mkadating na kayo lahat dito sa AUSTRALIA sana wag ninyong kalimutan and pilipinas at go back to teach or build business para makatulong sa goverment natin at sa kapwa natin.

@aldousnow, para-paraan lang talaga...kung gusto mo ring makasiguro, tanungin mo yung visa na ibibigay nila sayo. Be frank with them that you are only considering the company transfer if you will be given a good chance to migrate there. 🙂

@k_mavs, kailangan manggaling sa bansa natin yung pagbabago talaga..kahit anong tulong ibigay natin sa bansa kung mali mindset ng mga kababayan natin, sa kangkungan pa rin tayo pupulutin hehe

@LokiJr, for Accenture Phil, if plan talaga is mag migrate, then they won't give you a visa na sila gagastos para sayo. All they offer is working visa, na siguradong babalik ka ng Pinas and plus bibigyan ka nila ng bond. 🙂

sa case ng friend ni @JClem, I'm pretty sure na may permanent visa na yung friend nya.. bago nun kinausap si Accenture for office transfer option.

Not really, may friend ako aussie na nagwowork sa ATO (tax) wala man lang daw tax benefit. Medyo loaded din sa work madalas late ang uwi.

you can bring your papers but you don't really need it when you apply for work. Your VISA is what they need to see. 🙂
