<b>Visas lodged before 1 July 2012</b>

If you lodged a visa application prior to 1 July 2012, it will be processed according to the priority processing direction in effect at the time your visa application is processed.

You can also submit an EOI in SkillSelect. This would allow employers and state or territory governments to view your details which may increase the chances of obtaining a skilled visa.

It is really about taking chances right? Kasi first diba yung mga first impression natin for the skillselect was all negative pero siguro kapag medyo lumalapit na yung July 2012 deadline as may lalolng liliwanag kung ano ba tlaga yung Pros and Cons of this new system. I think we just have to wait and see what's in store for all of us who are looking to migrate to Oz.

Correction pala, same requirements pa rin ung sa IELTS. Pag 6 ung score sa lahat ng modules, pde pa ring magapply pero walang additional poinTs yun..

Let's wait until May...magrerelease uli sila ng bagong guidelines by then 🙂

Kung kaya niyo na po magpasa ng application, itodo niyo na hehe...Kung hindi aabot ng July, better wait for the complete guidelines 🙂

yup ganito na ang system ng NZ eversince.. at mas effective daw ito in terms of selecting required immigrants based on their skills..

question... meron na akong 10 years experience sa current company ko.. then easy na sa akin makahingi ng COE na may job details.... pero yung experience ko sa Pinas isasama ko pa ba? kasi wala akong COE na detailed eh.. it's a simple COE lang na I worked as a programmer during these period of time ek ek... eh mahirap ng humingi ng COE dahil yung mga team leaders at PM ko dun eh mga wala na rin sa company na yun at mga HR eh iba na... nag shift na nga ng mga offices eh.... ok lang ba na wag ko ng i-fillup yung other work experience at wag ng i-submit yun? yung current employer ko na lang?

sir it depends kung you need those additional years and you want ito to be accredited. Kunf di naman kahit wag mo na isama kasi di rin naman i-recognize ng ACS kung wala reference

salamat mareng skyline sa pag post.. grabe sa May 26 ako mag IIELTS kasi ubos na ang slots for May 12.. so ipagpalagay na lang natin na d ako nakaband 7 lahat at open pa (kung papalarin) ang WA for 475 sa occupation ko tapos abutin ng isang bwan mahigit bago na approve ang SMP ko, maiinvite kaya ako?

guys... nakatanggap ako ng email sa victoria about yung victoria state sponsorship ko na during the transition period (up to Aug 31, 2012) pwedeng gamitin pa yung victoria state sponsorship for skillselect and that will earn you an automatic invitation to apply if ever

so pag nag expire na ang state sponsorship mo (normally 1-2months validity), kailangan mo ulit mag apply paulit ulit hanggang hindi ka naiinvite? Just asking! 😉

@lock_code2004 Aware naman kasi sir yung mga states sa expiry nung SS ni release nila kaya siguro may chance din na mag follow up siguro sila sa Diac. 🙂 . Sana nga ganito yung case or either habaan nila yung validity nung SS.
