@kremitz September pa ako IELTS. Busy kasi sa work e. tsaka if ever naman e January 2015 pa kami mg-move sa AU kaya ita-timing ko dun ung grant just in case again na ma-approved kami para diretso na sa first entry.

May tanong po ako 🙂 Kasi po nung nag-lodge ako for ACS, wala pa yung rule about deduction ng years of experience kaya yung saktong last 8 yrs of work experience ko lang po ang hinanapan ko ng evidences at ni-submit sa kanila that time (mid-May). My agent later informed me about the changes, kaya nitong last week lang dali-dali kaming nagdagdag ng evidences for my earlier related work experience simula 2001. Last 12 yrs na bale para kung sakaling bawasan man nila ng 4 yrs (worst case scenario) ay eligilble parin ako for the skilled migration at makuha ko parin yung target ko na 15 pts (8 yrs work experience). Sayang din kasi iyon, straight 12 yrs naman po na similar ang roles/responsibilities ko kahit naglipat ako sa 3 ibat-ibang kumpanya.

Tanong ko lang po kung nagre-reset po ba timeline kapag nag-submit ng additional documents sa ACS? Nag-shift po kasi ang status from Stage 4 to Stage 3 (while waiting for the addtl docs) then Stage 4 again. Hoping parin ako na makatanggap ng result sa mid-Aug kasi ika-3 months na nasa ACS yung application ko. Medyo racing against time narin kasi ako. With long working experience, yung age ko naman po ang magiging liability as I'm already at the threshold na. Thank you po 🙂

@yhanie_17 sept din siguro mag ielts husband ko. Hmm wag m nlng cgro paabot ng july next year kc baka may mga changes nanaman. Delay mo nlng yung initial entry mo 🙂

@kremitz Pede bang idelay ung initial entry? Ayaw ko kasing mg-dobleng gastos pa. Fixed na kasi ung plan for Jan 2015 e. Ipon lang ng konti at abang ng bonus next year.

@yhanie_17 - you cannot delay the IED, but assuming eto ang timeline nyo:

example:

natapos ang ACS nyo by July 2013,
IELTS by Aug 2013
EOI by Sep/Oct 2013
Invitation/Lodge Nov 2013
CO Dec 2013
Medical/PCC Jan 2014
the visa grant will have IED one year after your medical/pcc, therefore IED can be Jan 2015..

so dpat hindi na kayo magdelay ng application, plus yun nga after Jul 2014, baka may changes na naman..

what you can do is maximize the allowed time to do some of the steps..

you have 60 days to lodge from EOI invitation
and then wait for your CO, before doing medicals/pcc..

in this way, you will maximize the time at hindi mapapa-aga ang IED nyo..

@lock_code2004 what if mag apply ng state sponsorship,within ilang days ka dapat mag lodge ng 190 visa application upon receiving yung SS invitation?

kokontakin ka ng State to inform that SS has been approved, then you have 30 days (atleast for WA, not sure about other state) to accept the SS (eto yung pag sign ng document and then send it back to your state)
then pag natanggap na nila ang signed document na you are accepting the SS, they will issue the Visa 190 invitation to apply...
you will then have 60 days to lodge the visa (meaning complete the form and pay)..

Yahoo!! Pick-up today detailed COE for previous employer. After this, ung sa current na lang before mag pa assess sa ACS. Thank you dear Lord!

never ever delay your migration to AU... baka magkaroon na naman ng strict changes next july.

MS Certification (not CTC'ed)

Certificate ng bootcamp training ng IT course

Detailed COE from my previous company

Standard COE from previous and current company

Affidavit from one of my colleague/supervisor (notary)

ok na ba yan? or baka may nakaligtaan ako hehehe 12 weeks waiting time ito.

Forever na atang naka-in progress ung status ng ACS ko...hehehehehe sana ma-receive ko na ung letter today. :-)

Hirap na hirap ata silang i-assess ang aking kakarampot na skills.

Got my result just now....suitable and the degree is comparable to AQF Bachelor Degree. 2 years ung dine-deduct sakin but I can claim 8 years of experience. Hurray!!!
