hi guys.. i have a question dun sa bagong rule ng acs assessment

"Only employment completed after the date you have met the ACS requirements will be counted as skilled employment. Please see the Summary of Criteria for additional information."

ask ko lang sana kung qualified ako mag pa-assess ska pag okay ung results mag apply ng independent visa. total work experience ko is almost 4yrs (3yrs 10mos to be exact). base sa bagong rule ng acs qualified pa rin ba ko mag apply for visa? thanks!

@rcroque Yes but with the new rule na may deduction, you may not be able to claim points for experience.

Hi! My friend received his acs result letter recently and just wanted to ask how many years he can claim by September 2013 following below assessment. As of 04/13, total is 91months. Will his current experience (same as company E) add up to 96 months by September 2013? Thank You! 🙂

Following employment after May 2005 considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312.

Company A

Dates: 02/03 - 06/06 (3 yrs 4mths)

Company B

Dates: 07/06 - 06/07 (0 yrs 11mths)

Company C

Dates: 06/07 - 04/08 (0yrs 10mths)

Company D

Dates: 04/08 - 07/11 (3yrs 3mths)

Company E

Dates: 10/11 - 4/13 (1yr 6mths)

@solidjeff thank you! 🙂 Just to confirm, they have this rule of deducting 2 years out of 10 years, so from September 2005 - September 2013, does it follow that all work experience are still skilled and relevant after May 2005 or will it be after September 2005?

@lineys after May 2005 di ba, so June 2005 mgstart yung counting ng work exp kso meron mga months na na-skip na di ng-work kya lumalabas na 7yrs 11mths lng. Dpat siguro october or november mg-apply ng EOI.
