Medyo nakakalito lang yung ending clause ng skills assessment that says (non-verbatim):

"Please note that the DIAC reserves the right to undertake further investigation regarding your skilled employment experience.

While ACS is authorised to assess ICT skills, the final decision of awarding points remains with DIAC.

This assessment is based on the documents provided and by issuing this letter, ACS makes no representation regarding:

authenticity of documents
suitability for migration of the applicant"

So sa part na yan ang question is

Final na ba ang educational qualification na binigay ng ACS, then ang ireview lang ng DIAC is yung skills assessment or both Educational Qualification ba and Skills Assessment e kelangang ireview pa ni DIAC?

If the latter is the case, then hindi pa rin sure siguro ang mga section 2-3 schools na inassess ng ACS to have a comparable bachelor's degree sa AQF (like me)...

Yun... Here's hoping na final na ang qualification decision ng ACS though, kasi nakapagsubmit na ako at sayang naman ang almost 3K AUD bwahahah!

• Provide analysis, review, technical guidance and support to assist in the decision making process during project or change management implementation

From My Resume:

• Provide information and guidance to I.T team to assist in the development of solutions to system issues and projects.

Anong details ang kailangan ko? Ang pag kakaintindi ko kasi is aligned ang resume and reference letter sa task sa ANZSCO wording.

Yup ganun din ginawa ko. Medyo pinattern ko sa description ng ANZSCO nominated skill ko yun mga ginawa ko supporting docs, para makita nila na related yun mga work experiences ko dun.

@Bryann Thank Sir. Bakit kaya ganon ayaw padin tanggapin nang agent ko ang ginawa ko na reference letter. Aligned naman yung tatlo..ang hirap pala talaga nito.. Nakakatamad na..napagastos na tuloy ako nang malaki.. 🙁

What kind of assistance?

what analysis?

Thanks @tootzke. Ganon pala talaga dapat ka detailed. Kaso nga lang di naman pwede i disclose ang ibang details. Pero I'll try my best.

@Bryann medyo nabasa ko na yan kala ko nga align lang talaga pero kailangan pala detailed which is tama naman. kasi nga di naman ako nag aapply nang trabaho kundi nag papa assess.

Feb. 18 din pala ang retake mo.. Ako din sir BC din..

Tanong lang po...

Nagsubmit na kasi ako ng application for skills assessment sa ACS last month. But, just now, I got an email from them (lisa.skills@acs.org.au) advising me that the assessor returned my application kasi kelangan daw ng additional docs. Kaso, yung additional docs na hinihingi nila e nabigay ko na nung sinend ko yung documents ko last month. Hinihingi kasi nila yung detailed employer references. Pero meron na kong ginawa at naka-stat dec pa. Does that mean na hindi nila tinatanggap yung detailed employer references na sinubmit ko? Or is it possible na di lang nila napansin na nasubmit ko na dati?

Ano po ba dapat kong gawin? 🙁 Ang ginawa ko lang ngayon ay nagreply ako dun sa email (lisa.skills@acs.org.au) at inexplain ko na nabigay ko na dati. Dun po ba dapat magsend ng email?

Haaay...nakakalungkot naman.

@hotshot, yung binigay mo ba nung DEC kasabay nung application mo or additional doc na lang yan?

Nung nagkaprob ako sa kanila non, nag-email lang din ako. Okay lang yon. Mabait naman din sila. 🙂

Make sure lang na yung binigay mong detailed employer references ay.. teka, ano ba yon? Nde yan COE dba? Hmm.. na-confuse din tuloy ako.

Ang problem siguro, hindi enough proof of employment? COE + detailed employer reference dapat. And then alam ko meron pa sila guidelines sa statdec eh, like yun org chart, tapos contact details or ID nun person occupying a higher position than you na pumirma sa statdec mo. Hindi kasi pwede statdec na walang 3rd party corroborative evidence.

Ganito kasi ang pinasa ko (both for my previous and current company)....isang standard COE and isang reference letter (with detailed information) from my manager. Pero, yung reference letter ay wala sa company letterhead dahil sa confidentiality policy ng company. So, gumawa ako ng Stat Dec for each to explain the reasons. So for each of my employer, meron akong standard COE, reference letter signed by my manager, and a Stat Dec.

Inexplain ko yan sa reply ko sa email nila kanina. Then after a few hours, nagreply naman sila. At ang sinasabi nila sa akin ay hindi daw pwede yung Stat Dec ko na ako ang gumawa. Kung di daw ako makakapag-bigay ng detailed employment reference from my employer, kelangan daw e Stat Dec na yung manager ko ang gumawa (hindi self-stat dec). Yan ang problema ko ngayon. May iba pa kayang way para ma-explain ko sa kanila na tanggapin na lang yung signed reference letters?

Baka meron pong iba na similar ang case sa akin...help naman po. 🙁

Something else may be missing. Kasi ako, hindi ako gumawa statdec.. 3 companies ko, at ako lang gumawa ng detailed employer reference. Around 3-4 pages for each company. Ginawa ko pinapirmahan ko lang sa immediate supervisors ko, and I included their email ad, mobile number and a photocopy of their company id. Yun lang approve na kay ACS. Ikaw statdec pa ginawa mo, so most probably.. sa content ang hinahanap nila hindi sa format.

@Bryann : nasa company letterhead po ba yung ginawa nyo?

Sobrang detailed din ginawa kong draft ng reference letter na pinapirmahan ko sa managers ko. Mga 3 pages per employer din. Pero, yun nga lang, wala kasi sa company letterhead due to "confidentiality policies" nila.

@hotshot kung walang letterhead pwede yung business card ng manager mo. tapos papirmahan mo. ganun ginawa ko kasi hindi din pwede samin gamitin yung company letterhead.

paano po kung walang business card? nag-try na ako humingi dati pero kasi sabi nya naubusan na sya ng business card. kelangan pa nya mag-order para lang mabigyan ako. kaya sabi ko wag na lang kasi nakakahiya naman.

pwede kaya na i-explain ko na lang na yung reference letters ko ay from a "managerial position" na tao at hindi basta "colleague" lang?
