helo..question lang po, kung may naka experience na ng ganito and ano po advice nio?

May 1 - lodged visa 189

but there is a problem with my birth certificate NSO

i was born in Ilocos, pero naregister ng parents ko sa NSO, both Ilocos and Manila (cguro magulo situation nung time na pinanganak aq) hehe..

before 2013 - lahat ng documents ko - Ilocos ung place of birth

but bec. i renewed my passport - urgent so nag pa online delivery aq NSO hotline (they sent me a birth cert - MAnila ang place of birth q), so dahil urgent , un ung ginamit ko for renewal of my passport..

starting 2013 (kasama na ung passport ko )- Manila na nilalagay ko na place of birth ko..pati sa Australian Computer Society (ACS) nung nagpa assess aq for occupation.

pati sa application ko for PR - Manila na din nilagay ko..

today - my mother verified my nso docs. ( she went to NSO office) - sabi ng nso, mali daw nila ung nagsend sila ng "Manila"..so icancel na daw nila ung manila..which means, ilocos nalang daw ang matitira sa database nila..

ayun..thats the problem..ano po kaya magandang gawin? thanks in advance

Thanks @altauser. Plan ko rin kasi magpaassess eh. Nasa pinas pa papers ko. Pina CTC ko pa lahat. Sayang nga yung iba ko experiences eh. Dalawang company lang tuloy ang napaayos ko.

question naman po. bakit nagdededuct sila ng 2yrs? automatic ba yun ngayon? si hubby may 7.7 yrs of experiece kaso natakot naman kami sa deduction of years. how about yung bachelor degree? he is a graduate of Computer Engineering kaso nasa Section 2 ang school niya. pahelp naman po bago kami mag umpisa. sayang lang kasi ang perang ilalabas namin kung dito palang sana malaman na namin. thanks po.

@kiree yun first 2 years of employment (even if it's related sa course) is not considered professional experience. Kaya meron minus 2 years kagad.

@kiree - sa bagong procedure ng ACS may deduction na sa work experience na pwede mong ideclare and this deduction are years na required (from skills criteria) before ka maging "Skilled". Kahit pasok ka sa lahat ng criteria minimum 2 years idededuct sayo, which means minus 2 years ang hindi mo pwedeng i-claim once nagpasa ka ng EOI.

Last year before July 2013, walang deduction though same basis din, kapag nameet mo ang number of years na work experience you can claim all your working experience sa DIAC. But now (after July 2013 up to now), binago nila at hindi mo pwedeng isama yung required years before ka maging skilled.

@dbarcelon - yung pag-upload ko dati (last year) is per company.

Check mo na lang sa updated Guidelines ng ACS

thank you<b> buchok </b>, how about yung minus years pa sa diploma? possible ba na diploma siya kahit BS CoE ang natapos niya?

@kiree - BSCoE ako at Section 2 (CCP) school ko pero AQF Bachelor Degree binigay sa akin though last year assessment pa yun 🙂

not sure pero depende sa currriculum siguro din yun kaya need mong isubmit pati transcript mo.

ah. may friend ako na section 2 din pero Bachelor naman ang binigay. so binigay is TOR para makita ang curriculum or mga grades mismo? alam naman natin na halos kulot ang grades ng mga engrineering. same ng sa akin kaso ibang field naman ako with hubby.

@heyits7me_mags, Kaya nga eh. Yung previous experience ko na di ko nakuha eh more than 5 years din yun, althoug ang kinukuha lang naman eh yung last 10 years. More than 8 years lang tuloy maipapasa ko. Tapos minus 2 years pa kaya baka di ko makuha yung max points.

@buchock, Thanks for the info. Meron ba sila file naming convention or kung anong filename na lang ilagay. Anyway, already got my documents from Philippines and I am planning now to apply for the assessment. Kindly check if the document below was already complete or I still miss something.

sir @dbarcelon, kung may Statutory Declaration kayo as substitute to Emp Ref, kailangan niyo din samahan ng payslips, COE etc. as supporting doc. 🙂

@dbarcelon - ito guidlines ng ACS regarding sa requirements basahin mo na lang mabuti kasi nagbago sya compare nung last akong nagpaassess.

In terms of naming convention, kapag magsusubmit kana pwede kang magsubmit as draft at dun mo makikita ang instruction per section.

not sure kung ito pa rin, pero may instruction like sa personal details section.

"Attachment are required in PDF format ONLY and must be certified copies of the original documents. Your PDF filename must match the "Attachment Type" name. Please consolidate all multipage files into one PDF for each attachment type. Maximum PDF file size is 10MB."

sa Relevant Qualification section, ganun din ginawa ko kung ano ang Attachment type, yun din ang filename.

e.g.

Attachment Type : Transcript

Attachment Name : Transcript.pdf

Attachment Type : Certificate

Attachment Name : Cretificate.pdf

@dbarcelon sir, almost 7yrs. na lang work exp. nyo Sa ACS. Sayang Yung 5yrs. Syanga nman suggestion ni @altuser41 bka pwede gawan Ng paraan tulad Ng stat. Dec. Bkit ba kmo sir walang kayong Mai pass na job ref? Sa 7yrs. po bitin nga max. points nyo Sa work exp.

@altuser41, Actually nagpatulong ako dun sa boss ko pero di na rin connected dun sa company. Kaya lang busy yata sya kaya di na ako natulungan dun sa stad dec. Tapos wala pa ako naitago na payslip.

@buchock, Thanks. Sir. Actually yung sa ginawa ko since nabanggit sa Guidelines ng ACS na "Award or Degree Certificate", Nilagay ko na "Degree_Award_Certiticate.pdf"ang filename ko ganon din sa transcript.

@heyits7me_mags, yung mga previous company ko kasi di ko na mahagilap yung mga kakilala ko dun. Tapos meron na rin nagsara. Kung sakali naman makapagpagawa ako ng stat dec. Wala din ako naitago na payslip sa mga yun.
