@lexxus Yung course ko kasi na Computer Engineering though section 1 yung school ko is not related daw sa occupation code per ACS. So 4 years nabawas sa akin instead of expected na 2 years lang. So am 6 months short to 5 years. My total points ngayon is 60. Kason yung 2611 na occupation code, ang last na ma-invite at 60 points was <b><u>May 2013</u></b>. Isang taon na walang na-invite na 60pts for my occupation code. Kaya I decided it would be faster to find a related job code sa experience ko na konti ang pila.

Matagal pa ang Stage 4 pero at least 11 more weeks to go. Nakakastress. hehe

hi @cgm mine is CompE dn section 1 comparable nman ang course and related ang work pro 4 yrs ang binawas. pwede kaya mg appeal? same parn babayaran?

@altuser41 thanks! We submitted the application yesterday, 21 May, with combined TOR and Certificate. Hehe. This morning, we checked the progress and it's already on stage 4. I guess it didn't matter after all.

kami naman inatake ng amnesia, may hindi na-attach na COE (backup sa Stat Dec) after we submitted our application. buti na lang on the same day nagemail sila requesting us to upload add'l doc. 🙂)

@avp, @Stidleyfied 🙂 we're fine I let go of my father when he was buried last Tuesday. Stidleyfied, no we're not in stage 4 before bka Lang sa iba mo nabasa. Stage 3 talaga kmi and never nag stage 4.

@Stidleyfied hindi ako nag.appeal. new application po ginawa ko while waiting. ano ba occupation code mo? di ko makita signature nasa mobile view kasi. hehe

@Stidleyfied oo sayang talaga. pero even if 65 points, december 11, 2013 pa yung 65pts na nainvite sa code ko at may 2013 yung last 60pt ng 2611 din. grabe, meron din pala traffic sa invitation queue. 🙂

share ko lang sa lahat. regarding ACS bawas sa experience. 2 na ang confimed ko na nakuha nila ang points sa DIBP. Ako naman, RPL ako parang lumalabas na 6 years ang bawas. Tumuloy ako as advised also by my consultant only to find out na visa refusal ako today. Very sad news so eto na nga nasagot yung tanong ko to throw away almost half a million pesos including fee ng walang kwenta kong agent.

Maraming salamat. Life must go on. I am considering applying to Canada but without an agent. Feel devastated ako today pero I should move on to the future. After all, I should not be affected by this circumstance as I want to fight for my family. May God bless us all. Keep the dreams alive.

Anyway, quick question.

261311 yun nilagay ko nun nagsubmit ako sa ACS. Pero parang dapat yata 261312 nilagay ko. Possible pa kaya papalit to? Nasa stage 4 yun ACS ko. If the officer realizes na 261312 pala talaga ako, siya ba mismo magsasabi or do I need to reapply? Sayang naman yun bayad.

2011 ACS result nmin Analyst programmer suggestion Ng CO nmin pero Yung choice nmin Business Analyst so go kmi Sa suggestion Ni CO.
