Thanks for the reply. Weird, it seems some people don't need Vetassess to claim points for their education:

It is not a standard requirement to get points test advice from VETASSESS, usually kapag hindi lang nag advise ung specific skills assessing body sa occupation mo about your Educational qualification and gusto mo makasigurado kung ilang points ang pwede mo iclaim for your education (usually dilemma ng mga schools under Sec 2 or 3).
