I just got my assesment result today under ICT Support Engineer.

Bachelors Degree major in Computing

9 + years of experience considered.

Question : What if I wanted to have reassesment under another anzco code.

Do i need to send another set of COE ( latest) for a review? to align for my preferred code ( systems administrator)

Hi po. I am planning to have my ACS skills re-assessment because it is about to expire this coming October 2014. I am half-hearted whether to include my Masters Degree (transcript) even though i only earned 18 units aside from my Bachelor's Degree hoping that this will make a difference. Any comments or suggestions? Thank you.

Yes, reassessment for a different ANZCO code will require you to submit COE that backs your experience as a systems admin. They don't have to be recently dated if that's your question. I don't think COEs expire.

You mean the same company and same work dates but different job description? I think that could potentially raise flags. Especially if the dates overlap. The entire purpose of ACS is to assess your work experience is legit for a certain ANZCO. If you provide contradicting papers, you could be penalized for it.

@raiden14, Yung 2nd assessment result ni hubby which is ICT Support other ACS CO na humawak Hindi na Yung dati. Tingin pba nilang nagsasabi o Hindi ang applicant ng totoo. Kung i-back up ba nun ofis nyo Yung COE mo Sa ACS. Nasa sayo na desisyon 🙂 what if pala kung the same person pero pag nag verify Sa ofis nyo. Wala namang problema bka pwede... 🙂

Pero teka muna @raiden14, sis ask mo muna ACS Yung CO mo kung pede ka magpa review or closely related rin ba Yung job description mo Sys Ad. Kasi kelan Lang na release result mo makaka save ka Ng thousands of peso kung ipa review mo Sa Sys Ad kesa mag new assessment ka. Sa case Kasi nmin na advised kmi na doon Sa 2 ANZCO, ICT Support at Sys Ad pede job description ni hubby so after matapos Yung assessment result Sa Sys Ad nag inquire kmi kung pwede ipa review Sa ICT Support. Pwede nman daw ni grab n nmin Kasi makaka saved kmi Ng thousands kesa mag new assessment ulit. Open pa ba Yung password mo after nun result Sa ICT Support? Pwede pa ba makipag communicate Sa dating CO para magtanong?

Since i got confused and a little bit paranoid because I already applied for visa I asked my agent about it.

Below is a part of the statements in my assessment result:

In section 5, sabi dun sa example:

Example 1 – Employment completed AFTER the qualification:

 You complete a relevant Bachelor degree with a major in ICT in Jan 2008 and you have 4 years of relevant

work experience from Jan 2008 until Jan 2012.

 2 years of work experience will be used to satisfy the suitability criteria and your Skill Level Requirement

Met Date will be Jan 2010.

 All suitable work experience completed AFTER Jan 2010 will be considered “Skilled Employment” and

eligible for the skilled migration points test.

 The 2 years of work experience used to satisfy the suitability criteria is NOT eligible for the skilled

migration points test but is assessed to meet the suitability criteria.

Sa EOI, mgkahiwalay na category yung skill assessment and employment history does it means iba pa yung makukuha na points sa employment and iba pa sa skill assessment?

Under skills assessment, if I remember it right, ilalagay mo lang naman yung Nominated Occupation mo, Assessing authority, Assessment date and Ref number. Sa Employment section naman, dun mo na iisa isahin yung employment history mo.

Bottom line, the ACS assessment will tell you 2 things:

Level of educational qualification attained

Im assuming you were given an "AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing" in which you can claim 15 pts (At least a Bachelor Degree).

Years of experience in a Nominated Occupation - overseas within the

last 10 years.

Im assuming yours falls under "Equal to or greater than 5 Years and less than 8 Years", in which you can claim 10 pts.

Gusto ko lang po tanungin kung kailangan pa ng RPL if you have a 4 year Bachelor Philippine Degree. I also have around 4 years experience in IT(as a programmer)

Tama ba yung assumption ko po na di na kailangan and di na kailangan ung ACS Project Form? Or di considered eligable yung Degree ko and I have to get RPL for recognition of my Work Experience?

Napa CTC ko na rin po yung mga Employment Certificates ko and all the other requirements(Passport, Birth Cert, Diploma and TOR).

@gothblade ano po bang course nyo? Based po sa guidelines:

4 – Recognition of Prior Learning – (RPL)

The RPL application is for applicants with Non ICT or insufficient ICT qualifications, or do not hold any

tertiary ICT qualifications.

6 years of full time professional ICT work experience in a field closely related to the nominated ANZSCO

Code is required if you hold a Non ICT or insufficient ICT qualification and 8 years if you do not have any

ICT qualifications.
