Reply to @batobats: Thanks for the reply batobats... So for the BC from NSO, pwede na itong submit since wala naman na atang mag Certify nito since it is printed on Security Paper ng NSO right? And nag eexpire naman every 6 months yung mga BC coming from NSO eh..

For the other certificate, so notary nalang siguro itong mga ito... kelangan ba may contact numbers pa sa pag tatak ng CTC? If may letter head na ng school or company, OK na yon right?

All your payslips, o lahat ng payslips na naitabi niyo
Employment letters with dates, mas maganda kung may salary details
BIR 2316 or tax returns per year
Kung wala na kayong mga ganitong papers, you can get a summary of your past transactions sa bank. For example sa BPI, they keep records for the last 7 years. Medyo mahal kasi PhP 100 plus per page, pero i-sakripisyo muna ang pagbili ng bubble tea, starbucks hehe. It takes 15 days for BPI to mail back your past transaction records pero pwede niyo na itong simulan ngayon especially kung wala na kayong naitabing proof of your past employment history</blockquote>

Yes pwede po. So you can start doing it now while waiting for ACS.

Sa Employment certs, just ask HR to put your current salary kung puwede. Dapat puwede.

Ok thanks... ayan ang hindi ko alam... kung saan CTC ang BC na galing NSO... Anyone knows about this? Hindi ko kasi sure kung ang BC galing NSO will serve as Certified True Copy na eh, kasi printed na sya on security paper....

Anyways, as per latest of ACS, they will not be needing any physical documentation after applying online... Here is the link:

For the visa application itself, iniscan ko lang yung binigay ng NSO, tinanggap naman basta colored (collor yellow yung sa akin)

Pwede niyo po i-print na lang yun electronic payslips niyo. And then ipa-CTC na lang.

Take note po pala, ang sinubmit ko lang and others dito is COE and employment detailed references. Hindi ako nagsubmit ng any payslips kahit isa, hindi din ng BIR 2316.

Since online na ang ACS, pwede na po scan yun original NSO copy. (Yun nasa SECPA). Pero before ang ginawa ko, nun paper application pa, pina-CTC ko sa notary public together with other documents. (Sa makati city hall ako pumunta, btw)

Reply to @rakeman: ahh pwede na pala scan lang, ok na yan sir sa DIAC hinde na kelangan ipa-CTC kung original and colored yung scan. Not sure though for ACS. Nung nagpa-assess kasi ko kelangan magpadala (paper based) ng CTC ng original doc

hi, i'm new here. plan ko din mag apply ng ACS. san po ba mas ok mag request ng COE (Certificate of Employment) / Employer Reference Letter. sa HR or sa manager? resigned na kasi ko from work dun sa company for about 1 year so i'm not sure if ok pa din mag request ng ganun sa manager. yung HR ba, will they be able to list yung job description sa COE?

Reply to @annie23: In my case, yung Certificate of Employment sa HR nanggaling. Yung Job description / List of duties, supervisor ko yung signatory kasi hindi nagpo-provide yung previous company ko ng ganoon. Pero kung pwedeng nasa isang document lahat yung certification and job description, mas ok.

How about if married na ko now pero yung maiden name pa din yung nakalagay sa mga documents ko like COE. Anu po dapat ilagay na name sa ACS application, yung maiden name or married name na? Pati passport ko kasi maiden name pa din nakalagay. Ok lang ba iattach yung marriage certificate together with the birth certificate?

hi @annie23 - my opinion, i think okay lang nmn yan.. may mga countries din nmn na hindi nag papalit ng surname ang mga married women...

so sa application mo sa ACS, use kung ano ang nasa passport, which you said is still your maiden name...basta make sure na ang lahat ng documents mo ay pare pareho.. para hindi confusing sa assessor.. question: kailangan pa ba ng marriage cert sa ACS?

tapos pag magsubmit kana sa DIAC naman, maiden name pa rin gamitin.. tapos ang marriage certificate can you used as a proof na kasal ka.. para ma include mo ang fmily mo sa application...

Reply to @lock_code2004: Thanks for the input. I was thinking to attach the marriage certificate to the PDF file of birth certificate, though wala naman nakalagay na need pa ng marriage certificate. Plan ko din kasi pa rename na yung nakalagay sa passport.

Hinahanap ko po ang page/website na nagsasabi kung san ko ma mail by post yung certified copy of documents ko di ko po tlaga makita. Makikita ko lang ba un kapag nag apply na ako online? Sorry po.
