Kaya hanap ako ng hanap kasi dati nabasa ko na after online application. Esesend yung Certified copy to them.

One more question po. This is regarding how many copies should I make at ipa notarize.

Ibig sabihin po ba isang copy nalang for DIAC?

Reply to @alexamae: Scanned copy na lang din for DIAC. So isang certified copy lang ang kailangan mong ipa-scan and send to both.

hello fellow IT professionals. i'll be lodging my application this July or August kasi inantay ko yung 5 yrs experience ko sa present job ko but different positions since na promote ako. me question lang ako regarding sa ANZSCO code.

details of my present employment;

2007 - 2009 Senior IT Specialist - yung job description ko dito is like a Network Engineer

2009 - present - promoted a a System/Network Administrator

1.ano ang mas tamang ANZSCO code na pwede kong gamitin sa application sa ACS?

2.also pwede na bang ma consider yung present experience ko as Computer Network and Systems Engineer for DIAC since nasama ito sa SOL

thanks po, nalilito talaga kasi ako sa nomination ng codes eh.

Reply to @alnr: Since same company naman, pwedeng mamili kung paano mo ipa-pattern yung job description mo. Advise ko lang, think long and hard kung papaano ang magiging strategy mo i.e. Computer Network and System Engineers can apply anywhere as independent and mas marami sila (including myself). If you want to work in Sydney, System admins can be state sponsored by NSW.

Reply to @alexamae: In a way, maswerte na yung mga magsa-submit ngayon. Naka-dalawang express courier ako sa ACS noong Feb. Yung isa doon, isang page lang na JD. Masakit!

Reply to @Metaform: thanks sir, actually me brother ako sa NSW kaya lalabas na sponsored ako. Based on my experience, ung Sys Ad is around 3yrs pa lang unlike as Net/Sys Engineer is pwedeng ma cover from 2007 until present since parang parehas ang role ko as Sys Eng and Sys Ad so pasok ako sa 5 yrs exp. Tama po ba ang pagka intindi ko?

Reply to @Metaform: Sir, pwede kaya na during our online application sa ACS, Computer Network and Systems Engineer ang e-nominate ni husband na skill? Kasi parang medyo same lang yung JD nila na andun sa booklet. Para maka Independen Skill sana sya kasi nasa SOL 1 un diba?

Possible kaya na they will just let us know na d sya qualified dun sa Computer Network and Systems Engineer at e-change nalang nila sa Systems Administrator?

Hello everyone! Just wanna seek some advice from you guys. Should I include in my employment reference my non ICT related work experience? Will ACS take it negatively if one has a long time off from work?

I'm a graduate of compsci major in network administration but wasn't able to apply net admin in my work experiences. Right after graduation, I worked as customer service rep in a callcenter for 11 mos., then I've been jobless for a year. I finally got a job of an IT specialist (doing web developer tasks) in a government institution for 1 year & 7 mos. Right now I'm working as a software developer in a private company and I'm still waiting for my 3-year bond to finish before I apply for an assessment.

What do you think guys? Is it still necessary to declare my work in the call center?

just my opnion, don't include it unless you got software related stuff you were doing before in the call center.

example if you nominated software developer occupation, you can include or hype all the software related things you did in your call center work. 🙂

Congratulations sa lahat ng visa grants... for waiting and still processing lets keep the fate and continue praying...🙂 Yes Kangan Batman Tafe... parang comparable sa TESDA natin. tnx for the reply. i will give it a try, im planning to lodge the acs application 2nd week of july. may concern lang ako regarding yung mga contract projects na ginawa ko (software development), should i include them or not? they are paid naman, i have my proposal docs naman signed by the company. if anyone has done similar, hope pa share ideas/ experience. thanks...

Hi,

I have more than 10 yrs experience at currently working sa SG, 5 yrs sa SG and the rest sa Pilipinas. Ang problem ko po is hindi kumpleto mga COE ko galing sa Pinas and I believe may tamang format for COE para sa ACS. So imposible na mapapirmahan ko yung new format considering na my previous company ay close na rin. Ano po ba ang tamang diskarte dito? Isama ko pa rin po ba sa resume ko (more than 4 pages kasi pag nilagay ko lahat) or ilagay ko lang mga SG companies ko? ano po repercussion nito? salamat 🙂

kung mahahanap nyo pa po yung mga previous supervisor/s nyo, pwede kayo magpagawa na lang ng affidavit sa pinas. nakalagay sa affidavit yung mga info na hinahanap at yung detailed job descriptions nyo. just make sure na kumpleto ang information na hinahanap ng ACS...check nyo na lang sa ACS website kung ano yung mga kelangang information na nakalagay.

ilagay nyo lang po lahat ng experiences nyo sa resume nyo. kaso, kung hindi nyo mabibigyan ng supporting documents (i.e. employment references) e hindi po icoconsider ni ACS ang bilang sa years of experiences nyo. sayang din kasi pagdating ng panahon na magaapply na kayo sa DIAC for visa...15 points po pag may atleast 8 years experience kayo. important po ang bawat point ngayong coming July 2012 kasi pataasan na ng points para makakuha ng invite from DIAC. kumbaga...every point counts. 🙂

Birth certificate (from NSO) and Philippine Passport- Originals

Degree Diploma (from my school) - Original

TOR(from my school) - Orginal

Certificate of Employment - Original

Employer Reference Letter - Original

Pag online submission yung gawin ko, lahat ng mga original documents dapat convert ko to PDF files, tama ba? Dahil e convert ko yung mga original documents ko to PDF files, kailangan ko ma notarized every page of my original documents?

Magtatanong po, ano po ba ang pwedeng gawin kung hindi makakakuha ng references na nasa company letterhead? Nagsubmit na kasi ng application for assessment yung kapatid ko sa ACS kaya lang sinagot sya na kailangan daw ung references nya eh nasa company letterhead. Ang problema hindi pumapayag ang company na magbigay ng reference ang isang employee for another employee on company letterhead. Kahit pa mga managers na yung nagre-request. Mahigpit talaga. Ang nakuha lang nya from the company HR eh yung standard COE stating his position, salary nya, gaano na sya katagal sa trabaho etc.

What about his references na galing sa mga former supervisors nya na lumipat na ng ibang company?

Reply to @digibev: ganun din po nangyari sa akin dati. nagpagawa na lang po ako ng affidavit sa previous manager ko at tinanggap naman ng ACS yun.
