At least a Bachelor Degree - 15 pts (Associate degree lang nasa ACS skills assessment ko, should I still choose Bachelor of Degree in Science sa EOI or Graduate or Advanced Diploma lang? Confused here...)
• State/Territory Nomination - 5 pts (I selected Queensland since meron akong acquaintances dun)
• Years of experience in Nominated Occupation in Australia within the last 10 years.
Less than 1 Year - 0 pts
Years of experience in a Nominated Occupation - overseas within the last 10 years.
Equal to or greater than 8 Years - 15 pts (nag-base ako sa actual date of employment ko, and not according sa date na Skill Level Requirement Met Date ko which is October 2010).
TOTAL 60
Should I revise my EOI to base my work experience and educational qualification on what is written in my skills assessment? Thanks!</blockquote>
For level of educational qualification attained, you have to update your EOI to match the assessment given by ACS. In your case, mukhang 10 points lang ang pwede mong maclaim:
Age - 25
English - 0
Education - 10
Experience - 10 (if you don't appeal) / 15 (if you appeal and get a positive outcome)
State Nomination - 5
Total: 50 (55 if appeal is successful)
You need additional points. I suggest you sit IELTS or PTE-A exam and try going for 20 points to make it easier for you to get an invitation.
