@rich88 kuha ka na lang bago kasi yung COE mo with 'to date' yung Feb 26 yung magiging end date bale. Nasa guidelines yun:

 If your employment is “Current”, the employer reference should state the term “To Date” and MUST include the date the reference was written.

So they will look at reference date then date of submission, whichever is the earliest date.

@rich88 diskarte lang pre. hingi ka ng COE pag asa good mood yung HR or boss mo. sisiw lang sa kanila yan, wala man 5 minutes yung pag pirma, since same desc lang naman.

@pinoycoder yeah, humahanap pa ako ng tamang timing. Nasa Manila kasi ung manager ko tapos ako nasa ibang bansa kaya ang hirap rin chempohan. Baka ipasa ko nlng yung existing CoE ko for re-assessment tutal hindi naman ako madadagdagan ng points kahit i-claim ko experience until June if I decide to go for re-assessment.

@guenb meron namang reference date sa CoE ko tpos nakasulat rin naman na up to date. Nag email na rin pala ako sa ACS and they responded na kung "up to date" ang nilagay mo, gagawin nilang end date yung reference date sa taas ng letter. Sana makatulong sa ibang taong may same question tong info na to 🙂

@Noodles12 , I think pwede naman affidavit kung walang employee reference. I have a friend na ganun ang ginawa, nasa AU na sya ngayon. 189 Visa nya, Software Developer. Nakalagay sa Affidavit nya ung date from and to ng work nya, duties nya sa work tapos ang nakapirma ung teammate nya na masmataas ang Level/Position sa kanya. Then pina-notary nya sa Pinas.

@rich88 Oo nga eh. Waiting game lang talaga ngayon kasi end of fiscal year tapos yung occupations pa natin dami applicants. Malakas kutob ko sa July uulan ng ITA lalo na sa mga waiting for a few weeks na.

Submitted my ACS yesterday, 3.11 years experience pa from Sec 1 school. Praying for a good result 🙂

@guenb may hinahabol kami na timeline and since hindi pa naman ako makakakuha ng points sa experience, nagpa assess nalang din kami para makalodge ng eoi asap 🙂

@wingleaf based sa list, section 2 school ko pero assessment sakin ni ACS comparable to AQF Bachelor Degree with major in Computing.

Computer Engineering course ko. 🙂

hello po sa lahat, ask ko lang regarding sa COE for past employment..kelangan bang currently employed ung pipirma na dating mong manager? kasi ung dati kong manager, not employed na dun sa dati namen company. pumayag naman siya mag sign, then gumawa ako ng company letterhead, kinopya ko ung format ng HR letterhead namen, then pinirmahan ng dati kong boss. ok ba ung ganitong approach or mag baback track ang ACS kung currently employed pa ung signatory? salamat po sa sasagot! =)

@haunter08 hingi ka na lang kaya COE with job description sa HR ng dating company mo. Give them your sample para sila na mg issue ng coe, no complications pa

Hello Everyone,

Just received my ACS assessment today, Positive Assessment. AQF Bachelor Degree (2yrs. deduction).

Skill Level Requirement Met Date: October 2013

Company A: 10/11 - 01/15 (3yrs 3mths)

Company B: 03/15 - 05/16 (1yrs 2mths)

Here's my concern:

If my ITA is Oct 2016 - am I eligible for 5pts for Skilled Employment for as long as I'm with Company B?
I'm jobless 02/15, shall I add 1 month to meet the 3yrs skilled employment (to be eligible for 5pts)?

@SAP_Melaka eligible for skilled employment is after your Skill Level Requirement Met Date, so correct counting is:

10/11-10/13 (part of acs requirement, not counted)

Company A: 11/13-01/15 - 1YR 2MOs

Company B: 03/15-01/17 - 1YR 10MOs

You need to be working until Jan2017 to get that 5points.

I had my certificates authenticated and it says "Authenticated by" instead of "Certified true copy of the Original". Wala daw kasi silang ganung stamp. Ok lang ba yun? Sa city hall legal office ako nagpa authenticate.
