Hello po sa lahat.

Ask ko lng po kung itong ACS requirements lng po ba yung kailangan pa notarize ?How about po yung mga certifications like Cisco or Microsoft etc. And also yung documents po ng wife and kids. Kailangan din po ba notarize yun. Salamat po in advance.

Birth Certificate or Passport – Applicant details page only, not full passport
Degree or Award Certificate

• Title of Degree or Award

• Name of University or Awarding Institution

• Date the Degree or Award was completed – the qualification will be assessed as NOT suitable if there is no documented evidence that the degree has been completed and awarded.

• Unit or Subject Names and Grades or Marks Achieved

@alexzs27 Yung CISCO and MS cert, pwede mo rin i-pa certify true copy if you want to include them in your application.

Pero yung sa wife and kids, hindi pa sya required sa ACS. Ang importante sa ACS is yung COE mo, diploma, transcript.

@alexzs27 Actually, pwede mo na rin isabay docs ng wife and kids mo sa pagpapa certify true copy in preparation naman for your visa lodging. Para at least d ka na babalik sa abugado.. tipid sa oras and gas/pamasahe 🙂 Good luck!

nag pa stat dec ako sa SG pero di naman ni require na present ang manager (pina stat dec ko yung work exp sa pinas).

Though eventually di ko rin nagamit yung stat dec since nagkita kami ng former boss ko so humingi na lang ako diretso.

Take note you are only supposed to get a stat dec if there are no other ways to get the detailed COE, (nagsara company, namatay ang boss etc, HR policy doesn't allow getting a detailed COE etc)

Hindi lahat ng stat dec tinatanggap ng ACS lalo na kung MNC ka nag work tapos yung ibang applicants nakakuha naman ng detailed COE. A friend of mine submitted puro stat dec for all his work exp, di tinanggap ng ACS.

Hi. Is ACS really strict sa term na "TO DATE"? Kasi sa current company ang nakalagay sa date ng employment from Sept x, 2013 up to present.

Dapat bang date of employment na nakalagay is Sept x, 2013 up to date?

Accding to ACS:

If your employment is “Current”, the employer reference should state the term “To Date” and MUST include the date the reference was written.

1) Did you upload the DFA red ribbon letter together with the attached documents? Like sa school records?

@guenb pano yung NSO copy ng BC/MC? kasi di ko na pina CTC kasi naka red ribbon naman.

@mergetwo pag ACS kasi either bio page lang ng Passport or NSO, pero dpat nka CTC pa din. I'm not sure anu yung wordings nkalagay pag ni red ribbon. Bsta siguro equivalent pa din ng "I certify that this is a true copy of the original" pwede na yun.

@mergetwo sa akin hindi red ribbon e. NSO certified lng at pina CTC ko pati yng passport ko.

ang nakalagay sa DFA red ribbon - that this x person is verified to be the person authorized to sign the document. and sa latter part, nakalagay dun na duly signed and sworn by the person sa dfa x, and attach is the PSA certified true copy of the BC.

@mergetwo In my case, I only photocopied my passport then have it CTC then scan again for upload. No issue naman from ACS

most of the case officers dont bother, pero meron naencountrer ung kilala ko, hiningan sia ng bagong statutory declaration na may nakalagay na end date, kasi currently working sia sa company, pinalagay pa din ng case officer ung "present date".

@SAP_Melaka may i know kung may naming convention ba silang required para sa attachments? And how long did it take for you to get the result?

@Xiaomau82 @mergetwo usually gnun tlaga lalo na pag current company. Ok lang naman kahit nklagay up to present pero hhnapin pa din yung pnka reference date kung kelan gnawa yung stat dec. For current work kasi they will use yung reference date & application date sa acs,whichever the earliest will be considered as 'end date' nung work episode.
