@iska03 you can find sample on web. There's no standard format, so long there's space for notarial stamp.

In the absence of JD on COE:

Make COE with JD and have it signed by manager or supervisor or SENIOR EMPLOYEE.
Make Statutory Declaration. If 2 or more COE without JD, you can make 1 stat dec for all COE withouth JD.
Attach the COE from HR

In the absence of COE:

Submit employment contract, pay slips, employment memo, and any correspondence related to the stated job.
Make statutory Declaration - state reason/s, include JD.

State Nomination 190: Most states require higher English score. With stiff competition, your points should be 65 or higher in order to be picked from the pool.

Independent 189: Invitation is based on ranking - the higher the points, the higher the chance to be picked from the pool.

if ever po ba before maglodge ng visa, nagpalit ng work, need ulit mag pa assess?

or mas safe kung after maglogdge ng visa and then saka lumipat ng work?

or pinaka-safe magtiis muna hangang mavisa-grant saka lumipat ng work? hehe

@pumpupkiks pwede ka naman lumipat ng work before visa lodging, however yung lilipatan mo should be tagged as "not related" na since your new job is not assessed. If you are claiming for points, as long you have proof with your current assessed work - then you are fine.

Paghumingi ako ng COE sa current company ko ngayon nakalagay sa date is from Jan 5, 2015 up to PRESENT, since connected pa ako hindi pa ako nagreresign. 😃 Ok lang po ba to?

Meron pa pala ko problema sa COE ko 🙁. naka indicate kasi dun kung para san gagamitin. Hindi ko naman pwede sabihin for skills assessment.Plan ko sana submit na muna yung mga COEs from my previous company then pa update ko na lang ACS pagresign na ko sa current. para alam ko na sana kung ilan ma deduct sakin. Ok po ba to? Any suggestions?

Mga sir at madam,

I got my result from ACS for Business Analyst and unfortunately, it's NOT closely related. Their recommendation was 263212 - ICT Support Engineer which is under CSOL.

Ask ko lang po, if in case na i-push ko ang 263212 and so far SA - Adelaide lang po ang State na may nomination. Kapag na-approve po ba ako, does it mean na I need to stay in SA-Adelaide for a year before ako makapah-apply sa ibang state?

Patulong naman po sa ibig sabihin ng state nomination. Salamat!

@mmuela you need to stay and work in adelaide for 2 years before moving to another state. May thread po tayo for state nomination. Search nyo lang po

@rich88 finally got my ACS Result.

Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 263212 (ICT Support Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Your Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from [School] completed March 2008 has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Diploma with a major in computing.

The following employment after July 2014 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263212 (ICT Support Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

5 years yung nabawas sa work experience ko. OK lang ba na mag-apply na ako for EOI kahit na 2years lang yung maccredit sa work experience? or better to wait until July 2017 para aabot yung 3 years?

Kung mag-superior ako sa PTE, then I have 65points.

@mmuela ok lang kahit ngayon ka na mag submit ng eoi. Automatic naman mag uupdate yan once mareach mo yung 3 years work exp.

Thanks @rich88! sayang din kasi yung 5points kapag nareach yung 3years work experience. Well, sana palarin sa 65points for 190 VISA sa NSW.

@mmuela check nyo sa mga job posting sites if maraming open na positions para sa job nyo. Mahirap na ma-lock sa NSW for 2 years dahil hindi sila nagbibigay ng release letter.

Hi guys! Paano kapag BS Computer Science graduate pero hindi nakapagwork ng related sa course nya? May ibang way pa ba para makakuha ng points sa education? Anong assessing body yung pwede nya pag-assessan halimbawa makapili sya ng ibang occupation from list na hindi related naman sa natapos nya? Kasi kapag sa ACS for sure hindi sya suitable for migration.
