HI Guys,

Anyone na nakaexp magpa evaluate sa ACS under NO ICT Project Manager?

may chance po ba makakuha ng positive result kung: ECE grad, section 1? with 2yrs exp?

Mga katoto, tnong lng po sna, if incase po na magpa assess ako sa ACS with the following circumstance:

School: Section 3

Graduated BSIT: 2012

Started working as a software programmer: May 2011 - Present (started to work on a job while waiting for my Graduation, acutally octoberian ako for year 2011 pero since di nagpapa martsa sa october kaya nsama ako sa batch 2012)

Question:

Ma credit po ba yung 1 year working experience ko since nka graduate po ako ng 2012 at 2011 ako nag start mag work. Based sa nbasa ko not sure kung dito o sa NZ forum, di dw ma credit yung years na nag work without having your BS diploma.
Ilang points po makuha ko in case na bawasan work XP ko ng 5 years? may maclaim po ba kong Points for Educational Qualifications since nag bawas na sila para ma equate sa BS degree yung Education Level ko?

@Panorama1 mejo di ko gets yung question, are you asking kung may nakapagpa evaluate na sa ACS for Project Manager occupation? If yes, I did. But i waited na umabot sa 3 years bago magpa assess. Positive naman ang result.

@Supersaiyan anong date of graduation ang nakalagay sa diploma at TOR mo? kasi yung sakin is kung kelan binigay yung grades ko for my last sem in college and not kung kelan ako nag-martsa and nagstart din ako magwork even before the commencement exercises.

@PMPdreamer yes po. antagal waaah. kelan po kayo nag pa assess? what if para sa partner po? diba need din magpa evaluate ng partner sa assessing body just like for example si acs.

hello po... tanong ko lang meron ba dito with work experience as IT but non-IT related ang degree (in my case AB Economics)? may certifications/trainings ako for programming, etc pero ika-count ba nila un? or automatic ba na ang application type na dapat ko isubmit to ACS is RPL instead of Skills?

@Panorama1 last year lang po. Sa pagkaka alam ko, si partner is kelangan lang mag pa assess kung mag claim ka ng spouse points. Kunyari, 60 points kna pero gusto mo na madagdagan pa pero wala ka na mapagkuhanan sa credentials mo, pwede mo gamitin yung profile ng partner mo to get additional score. Pero that means kelangan mameet din ni Spouse yung language score requirement. Pero kung happy kana sa score mo, di mo na kelangan na ipa assess si spouse, apply kna ng State nomination.

qq, meron ba dito na-assess as diploma pero nagreview/appeal tapos naging bachelor's degree? if yes, anong section yung school nyo?

@kayenzky Ako, I was assessed AQF Diploma, then nag appeal ako, successful to Bachelors. From section 3 school, BS ECE.

hindi need ang marriage cert sa ACS application.

@Heprex, Ask ko lang AQF Advance diploma din ang nakuha ko at Section 3 anong reason mo sa appeal kasi 6 years ang deduction sa akin kaya masaklap din. Kapag nag appeal ka diba may bayad din yun?

@bluerocky Hello, galing ako section 3 school, pero licensed ece ako, at more than 200 units. eto yung mga sinulat ko nun.

I was appealing to the result of my qualification as Advance Diploma, which I believed it should be Bachelor. I hold a degree of 5 years full time, with more than 200 units. I do also include my passing of PRC cert as ECE . etc etc

pati nag take chance ako sa nabasa ko dito.

A Bachelor degree must have:

• 33% ICT content for a 3 year course

• 25% ICT content for a 4 year course

• 20% ICT content for a 5 year course

Pati related tlaga course ko sa nominated skill ko.

@Heprex, thanks for the reply, ang mahal kasi ng mag pa appeal parang pang PTE exam narin yung cost nun. Yung qualification ko na Advance Diploma may bearing ba yun or makakaapekto pag mag aaply ako ng work? Much preferred nila ang Bachelor degree kesa sa Advance Diploma lang?

@bluerocky walang bearing ang assessment sa work. 🙂 para lang yan sa immigration.

@etmangaliman , thanks sa reply bro, April 2012 yung nkalagay sa diploma at TOR ko, pero nagstart ako ng work May 2011 kasi for that year isang sem na lng natitira sken kaya nag work na ko non.

hello po. may question po ako.

currently, ginagawa ko na ang EOI ko then merong confusing part dun sa relevant work experience ko

eto ang work experience ko:

Company A

April 2011 to June 2012

Company B

August 2012 to January 2013

Company C

February 2013 to present

then sa ACS Assessment, considered relevant work experience after July 2013.

sa EOI naka tick as non-relevant ang Company A and Company B. sa Company C nalilito ako kung anong gagawin kasi after July 2013 ang counted as relevant pero nagstart ako mag work sa Company C sa February 2013.

gagawa ba ko ng dalawang entry for Company C like Feb 2013 to July 2013 and August 2013 to present?

@Heprex me previous assessment na kasi ako, wayback 2013, with my maiden name. To this date, all my docs except my passport is under my married name na.

@Heprex by the way, same kayo ng bro ko, licensed ECE, from sec 3 school. pero hindi na cya nag-appeal. prolly dahil sa mga certifications nya din. bachelor's degree agad ang assessment sa kanya. just sharing!
